We've had our Oasis water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water system for a couple of months now and could not be happier. From the email communications before the install to the install itself, everything went super smoothly. Excellent company and customer service. Very professional on the phone when making the appointment. One of the owners came out to install our water softener and reverse osmosis system. He was extremely professional, knowledgable (our systems were not bought from them), and well organized. He was able to install the system with no problems. The system works very well. He also installed a new faucet which included drilling through granite. The very next day we lost an earring down the sink and we had no problems getting them to come back out and help us with that. They are our new plumbing company.

Our almost 10 yr old water softener from a large well known company stopped working due to a leak and loss of resin. The valve body was actually still under warranty and we thought the resin had a lifetime warranty (not).A tech came out, took one look and said we needed a new water softener. I found Oasis Plumbing online and filled out their contact form. They replied in a very short time and answered all my questions as well as recommending the best unit for our needs. They are very friendly, knowledgable and do not try to upsell you. We ordered the Large Essential water softener and Max came out within just a few days. He did a very nice neat job of installing, hauled away the old one and also did a couple of smaller add-on jobs for us at no charge. We are very pleased and plan to use Oasis Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

The team at Oasis Plumbing was knowledgeable, professional, timely, and pricing was on point. I called on a Saturday morning after waking up to a burst water heater. Bailey was professional and discussed my options over the phone without making me feel like I was asking too many questions. I wanted to replace my water softener at the same time and she provided me with a few options and discussed the differences and benefits of each system. Never trying to pressure me into a system I didn’t need. Ended up making a decision with her over the phone as to which products and services I wanted and scheduled installation. Max arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I was set up correctly in a timely manner. In just a couple hours I was enjoying the softest hot water I have ever experienced. I am so glad I went with Oasis and you will be also! Oasis is a rare breed in Vegas! Our water heater went out (on a weekend, of course) so we contacted our home warranty company as they cover water heaters. But the “plumber” they sent quoted an outrageous price for “non-covered items.” They were clearly trying to take advantage of our situation with ridiculously inflated charges. We were relieved to find Oasis and immediately felt more confident in them just from the phone call. So, we canceled our follow-up appointment with the home warranty’s plumber, cashed out on the policy and hired Oasis to do the work. Max (the plumber) answered every question about water heater brands, size, installation, etc. He quoted me reasonable prices and addressed each question I had about cost. He was straightforward in his explanation and didn’t try to sell me on anything. It was clear to me that his goal was to make sure we were happy with the outcome and confident in our decision. Once I decided to move forward, he had us up and running in no time and was highly detailed and forward-thinking in his work. You can tell this isn’t just another job to him. It’s his art and his craft. Oasis is the company we will ALWAYS call for future plumbing work, especially when we want to renovate. I trust them to tell it to me straight and to do a superior job.

Good service , after research and getting several quotes from other places I found out that oasis are very reasonable in price for the quality of the equipment.
They don't charge much for installation compare to other quotes since I had to install a pipeline for the softener.
Bailey, the lady who answers the phone very nice , professional and answered all my questions, Max the gentleman who does the installation is very professional, and knows what he is doing; very knowledgeable compare to other plumbers, he cleans his area he finishes a job which I don't see a lot of plumbers do that. Best of all, didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge and over charge me like I have experienced in the past from other contractors. Very happy with them and the service, will definitely recommend them to friends and family for water filtration and pluming services.

This company was wonderful. I first spoke with Bailey. She was great. Explained everything to me step by step. Took her time to answer all my questions. Felt very comfortable at this time. Max came out to the house to do the water softener install. I was not at home during the install but according to my wife he was very nice and explained the whole process to her. He took out our old equipment and washed the floor then put in our new softener system. He even went as far as to drain our water heater. When I got home from work and saw the new system I was very surprised and very happy. Max was very meticulous with the install. The plumbing looked great. I am so glad that I chose Oasis to do this job. They did not disappoint. Great Company, Great people. Thank You Oasis.

I needed a water filtration system in a new house and found Oasis via google. The whole process was professional and timely. Max the owner came out and installed it himself. The system is great, I tested myself and the TDS level is less than 30, water tastes great. I highly recommend Bailey and Max for your plumbing needs.

From the first email inquiry to the consult and installation- these guys rock!! Bailey and Max are efficient, extremely knowledgeable and pressure-free! They answered all of our questions, walked us through the best options for our home and never tried to up-sell us. Max installed our new Defender unit in 30 minutes and reassured us that we probably won't need to call him back for another 12-15 years. :) This was the BEST plumbing experience we've ever had in Las Vegas! I purchased a water softener system online, but did not have the skillset or tools to hook it up to my home's existing water-loop. I called a few local plumbers and almost none gave me a personalized response or wanted to hook up "a different companies system".

When I called Oasis, I was friendly greeted and the phone call was quick and easy. They just requested I send over images of my current water-loop and the system I have and they sent me a quote right away.

On the day of the installation, I received a call before they arrived and they followed all the COVID guidelines - which was much appreciated! The install was completed in about an hour - they even calibrated my system and got it all running for me (which other local companies said they would not do). They also gave me a quick rundown on how to use the system and a few tips on how to keep it maintained.

I rarely write reviews, but this service was exceptional. If I had to do the whole water softener all over again, I would call and purchase directly from Oasis. Definitely beats the door-to-door salesmen that try to sell you on a subscription model. Highly recommend.

Max and Bailey were great in answering all my questions and giving me confidence in what I was purchasing. Went for the Champion system with a mixing valve to be able to add in a bit of hardness if I want. Install was fast and clean and the water tastes great. I should be all set for many years to come.

Our water heater went out on Sunday, and after calling multiple plumbing companies in Las Vegas, Magic Plumbing was the only one that truly stood out. Other companies tried to take advantage of the situation, claiming the entire water heater needed to be replaced and quoting $4,000–$5,000.

They took the time to properly diagnose the issue and found that only the ignition needed to be replaced—no unnecessary upselling, no scare tactics, and no inflated Sunday pricing.
