This is an amazing business; they get customer service! Twice, we have used Roto-Rooter for a plumbing emergency and they were responsive and thorough! Our technician, Tony, is a top-notch professional and did excellent work! We are big-time satisfied customers and will use this business again!

Tony did an extensive review of any problems I had. He did an excellent job explaining what was wrong and corrected the issues involved. I highly recommend Tony for a job well done.

The guys came out to check a water leak I was having in my rear sliding glass door, the were very informative and knowledgeable on this issue. They scanned the wall and actually found that the leak was t where I thought it was. This saved us a ton of money and was an easier fix than anticipated. Thanks Roto-Rooter

3/2025. Dispatcher very pleasant, Shawn arrived on time, clean and polite, fixed kitchen shut off valve quickly and explained everything, the how's and why's. Charged $350. Would use Roto Rooter again based on my experience. Thank you Shawn.

James was great. We had a clog in our new house and not only did he resolve it he taught us useful tips as new home owners. He really cared to teach us and walk us through what to look out for. Would 100 book again, was here in 20 mins

This was my second experience with Roto-Rooter for a plumbing issue that needed quick repair. They contacted me promptly on the day of service to let me know they’d be arriving which is a wonderful courtesy. The technician was knowledgeable and communicated clearly as to what needed to be done. I also requested another service at the same time which he gladly added to the call. The price was very competitive and reasonable for such a well known provider. Everything was completed to spec and I was back to normal. I’ll use them again.

James came by to provide a free quote to help us figure out why there was a sewage smell coming from our upstairs bathtub. He explained that since we rarely use it, the P-trap had dried out, allowing sewer gases to escape. Thanks to James for the helpful information and since no work was needed on the tub or pipes, there was no charge. He was prompt, friendly, and informative. Highly appreciated!

On 3-3-25, we discovered water and debris in our bathtub that appeared to be from our garbage disposal. The next morning, we contacted Roto-Rooter's Henderson, NV office to see if they could send a technician that afternoon. They were able to do so, within a 2-hour window. The technician, James Hampton, arrived early in that window. He carefully explained the process, namely, that he would inspect our situation, then make a diagnosis and provide an estimate.

Within 20 minutes, after carefully checking out all of our water resources, he informed us of his diagnosis and provided an estimate, which we approved. For the next half hour, James worked with his equipment, and all of a sudden the water was clear in our bathtub, and the water system was cleaned out.

In addition to doing an efficient and successful job, James was a pleasure to work with. He explained clearly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. If, heaven forbid, we need plumbing services again, we'd for sure contact Roto-Rooter and specifically ask for James.

Had a water heater issue and called Rot Rooter! They arrived within 20 minutes of my call and resolved the igniter problem within minutes! Plus they didn’t charge me! Since I live on SSI, I was so grateful! They were so sweet and kind! I very highly recommend them! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

James was great! He came to our house less than 30 minutes after we called and he helped us fix our problem in about 5 minutes. We will definitely call him again if we have any other issues

Deleting my 5 star review for Chris D. Instead, 5 stars for Anthony! He is a technician at Roto-Rooter who can really fix your problem and will tell you like it is and do honest hard work!! Thank you Anthony for coming out and spending the time that you did with us and explaining everything that was going on with our sewer lines. You're our go to technician.

My Bathroom sink was not draining. I tried to snake myself but with no sucess. Roter-Rooter came out and the tech was able to clear ir with a more powerfull snake. The tech explained everything to me and showed me pictures of how the drain works. The tech I had even cleaned up the mess when he was done (something rare in todays world) I highly recomend Roto-Rooter for all your plumbing needs. It may cost you a little more than your average handyman but then you get what you pay for.

10/10 Tiffany made everything so easy for us! Her communication was superb and walked us through every step. All the techs that came to the house were friendly and respectful (even with our crazy kids running everywhere and constantly asking questions). The entire team was absolutely incredible and really worked with our insurance to get as much as possible covered! Couldn't have gotten through this stressful situation without them!

James was amazing! He managed to unclog our toilet after our toddler accidentally flushed a fork down. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he was also super friendly and kind throughout the whole process. Truly great service and highly recommend!
