We had a major toilet drain stoppage at one of our Las Vegas properties that was affecting other residents as well. I contacted several companies, and Chris from Roto-Rooter was the third call—and the only one who was able to successfully get the job done. He came out quickly, handled everything professionally, and got the problem resolved. Huge thanks to Chris and the Roto-Rooter team for their excellent work!

Tony is absolutely amazing! He’s one of the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable people we've ever met. We were in a crisis with our water heater and the water pipes connected to the fridge, but Tony calmly assured us that everything would be okay—and he truly delivered!

He handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency, and we’re beyond grateful for his help. Tony is a true asset, and we can’t thank him enough for his hard work and dedication. Cris was very knowledgeable and friendly in a business sense. He offered a couple of solutions to the problem. He made sure we were satisfied with the results and cleaned his work area before leaving. My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the work.

Anothony was very efficient and explained our plumbing issue in easy terms so I able to understand. Would use this company again if needed.

After looking on google and coming to the realization that I have no idea what’s going on with my water heater I gave Roto-rooter plumbing a call. No service fee to see what’s wrong. I was skeptical that they could help when everyone else charges to diagnose and then apply that towards the maintenance. Called on a Sunday morning at 8 and they arrived at 1 that same day. After 8 min the Super Plumber Tony had my heater back working. He told me what happened how to take preventative measures and that my water heater is way out of date. Gave me a list of services they provide and what can be done to have a better system. After all of this still no charge.!! Tried to buy him lunch told me that’s not necessary so I told him the minimum I could do is leave a review. I’m grateful that companies like this one exists. Not in it to scam or over charge people here to help and give an honest professional opinion and advice. Thank you Tony for your time and help and thank you Roto Rooter Plumbing for giving trustworthy work to our community!

I cannot say enough nice things about this company and the employees. Anthony was quick to fix the active leak and very helpful. Evan came to my house daily and did moisture and machine checks. Not only are both of these guys knowledgeable in their craft, they are extremely kind and helpful. There was some confusion and miscommunication with my insurance, and they did everything they could to make sure that things were done correctly and that I wasn’t getting taken advantage of. Tiffany was absolutely incredible. I honestly do not know how I would have navigated this entire ordeal without her help. She was in constant communication with me, she managed to get all of the craziness sorted and made this unfortunate experience pleasant. I will only be contacting them if this happens at my home again. Just a wonderful and great team in every single way. Thank you all for all of your hard work and kind words during this, our household greatly appreciates each of you!

James is the best! It took three trips to finally clear the drain, a couple other workers came out, but didn't get the job done and James did it without a problem. I will always request him in the future. I will say that Roto Rooter was very quick in responding to each of my calls, polite and listened to my issue, but it wasn't until James answered the challenge that the drain was cleared. He also gave me tons of information and advice on prevention with no sales pitch. Now I know to save my pennies so I can have the drain "blown out" before this happens again. Thanks, James!

Wife called to fix a leak and they sent someone out. It was a small leak and apparently someone coming out right away is and emergency. $800 for 20 minute it took for him to fix, he was here an hour.

I looked at the repair... Tony had replaced the 3/4 header with 1/2 header and used additional two 1/2 elbows plus more fittings, 6 connectors turned into 16. This restrictive & unoriginal repair was on the beginning of the header, restricting water to the rest of the 4 bath house & kitchen.

Roto-Rooter is going to fix back to original, we'll see.

Brandon and Rene were the BEST!! when we needed them the most they were there with a helping hand and the upmost customer service I've seen in Las Vegas so far. I clog turned into a complete pipe mess, but Brandon and Rene assured us we were in good hand with them .... and we were.

I called Rotor-Rooter asking for a plumber asap. The technician Chris Davis arrived to my home within the hour. He diagnosed my problem within minutes and solved it within the hour. Chris Davis is the most knowledgeable, professional, and friendliest technician I have come across in a long time. I cannot say enough great things about him. The technician was was early, a big plus, friendly, professional and informative. He broke down everything he did to unclog the toilet, what might have caused it and a couple of preventative measures for the future. He also told about the thirty day period if it clogs back . He was awesome a real credit to your staff!!!!!!!

Had the pleasure of having Chris out to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Was even considerate enough to use a towel to step on after leaving the bathtub to not dirty my floors. 5 stars for Chris!

James was our technician and was fabulous! He was friendly, explained every step! We had a different company out the day before. This other company claimed they had to snake from the roof, needed 2 guys for the job and the toilet needed to be replaced. The minimum quote was extremely high! James responded within 30 minutes of the initial call. My 81 year old mother had a stoppage in her downstairs bathroom. James found the stoppage minutes after he arrived. He showed us on the camera footage. He snaked from the clean out in front of the house. He said from the beginning he wouldn't need to go on the roof. He replaced the wax ring on the toilet and the job was done. He did everything that we asked the other company the day before and they told us not possible!! James gave my mother a senior discount which lowered the final bill and made it affordable! I told James I appreciate him being honest and his response was "of course it's my job and she is someone's grandmother " WELL DONE JAMES!! My mother is still raving about him and she is going to refer Roto Rooter to all of her friends and of course have them request JAMES!!!!

Worth every penny! Had an issue with Roots in my sewer line, looked up online and found Roto router and they came to see with a free quote less than 45 minutes since I need the call that itself was amazing. Sean came very professional plumber I explained to him the situation and immediately he knew what he needs to do. He gave me a price and he said he will take care of it 100% and that’s what happened. The price was great and the service was phenomenal. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

I called several plumbing companies due to an emergency plumbing issue, and Roto-Rooter was the only one able to send someone out quickly. They had a technician at my place within 45 minutes, which was a huge relief.

I live in a high-rise condo, and unfortunately my kitchen had already flooded. Anthony was extremely diligent and professional while working to clear the drain. Unfortunately it was the main line that is having an issue.
