Amazing job done.
My water heater bursted and I couldn’t find a plumber to come out and help me with my problem the same day.
My neighbor who saw my water coming out of my driveway came over to help and he referred me to Loyalty Plumbing. He spoke highly of his experience with them. So I decided to give them a call and what would you know.,They answered the phone and sent someone out within an hour.
They gave me a fair price and did the job right on the spot.

The water to my house had to be turned off due to a sudden bad leak. After speaking to Brian regarding my emergency, he arrived soon after to check on the problem. Tyresse came not long after to repair the leak. He was friendly, professional and efficient.

Very pleased with Loyalty Plumbing and their tech Marlon. We had one of our faucets stop working and Marlon was able to assess the situation, and make recommendations for repair or replacement. We felt confident with his information, and ultimately decided to move forward with replacement of both faucets in our master bathroom. He did excellent with removal and installation of the new faucets. I will definitely use Loyalty again. Thank you, and thank you Marlon!

Noticed water damage in the wall behind my washer at about 12:30 am. A friend recommended Loyalty and I was able to make an appointment on their website for the next morning between 8-10. Justin was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He identified the problem and due to the damage of the wall and baseboards recommended a restoration company to take the wall out and check for mold. Fast forward a few days later and Adam came out to fix the initial problem. He installed a new drain pipe, hoses and hot/cold water levers (which had corroded due to the water damage) and a drain pan for the washer (unrelated damage). He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure to double check everything to make sure we didn't have trouble with it again once the wall goes back up. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing situations and recommend them to others! 5 star service! I also liked that their office staff kept me updated on when the tech should be at my house and they even text you a photo of your tech and a bio, which I appreciate since they will be going into your house. Just makes you feel more at ease.

I highly recommend Oscar and OA Plumbing for anyone needing a major repipe. Our manifold leaked that is connected to gray poly pipes, and Oscar replaced the entire system with Uponor Aquapex lines and Propex fittings PEX-A system. He was professional, transparent with pricing, and ensured everything passed city inspection. He provided answers and guidance on every plumbing issue. 5 stars

Update with another job. Oscar installed my store bought American Standard Rumson toilet from Home Depot to replace my old one. $275 with discount. He hauled the old toilet away.

On same day after the toilet job, I called him again to check a leaking shutoff valve and he came back and replaced it for free as a repeat customer.

I wish I could give Oscar 10 stars. I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was. Having an issue you weren’t expecting happen is stressful. But, Oscar made this experience easier and less stressful. He explained everything to us and gave us options. I didn’t feel obligated to choose him. He let his knowledge speak for itself. His work was amazing and he fixed everything the same day. We spoke with a few plumbers and Oscar was and is the best choice. I will be recommending him to everyone that asks for recommendations for a plumber.

Oscar came out to replace my kitchen faucet and did an excellent job from start to finish—he arrived on time, worked efficiently, and installed the new faucet perfectly with no leaks or issues. He was professional, respectful of my home, and left the workspace clean when he was done.

My wife called Oscar on a Saturday (3/21/26) around noon. She requested an estimate for a drinking water filter system and faucet installation. After she sent him pictures of the kitchen sink and underneath, he gave a quote within 10 minutes. We approved and he came down to install it same day, around 1:30 PM. He finished the job in about 2 hours; he even quoted and replaced our old angle stops in that timeframe. Overall, we're very satisfied with his work.

I had an outstanding experience with Oscar from OA Plumbing LLC. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and thorough. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything—he walked me through all possible scenarios and was completely upfront about pricing, which I really appreciated.

What makes this experience even more meaningful is that I had earlier in the day dealt with another company that was clearly trying to upsell and take advantage of the situation tripling original quote in a matter of 30seconds, I didn’t share any of that with Oscar, yet he still approached everything with complete honesty and integrity. That alone says a lot about his character and the way he runs his business.

He went above and beyond by doing a full video inspection of the plumbing system at no charge, checking all faucets, drains, and toilets to make sure everything was functioning properly. He was extremely thorough and communicated with me every step of the way.

Yes, it may have cost me more bringing in two companies vs calling OA from the beginning but when you know something isn’t right, it’s worth it to stand on integrity. Oscar proved that there are still honest professionals out there.

Because of this experience, he’s earned a repeat customer for as long as I’m in Vegas, and I’ll be referring him every chance I get. Truly grateful for his time, his honesty, and the way he does business. 5 stars all the way.
