I recently had the pleasure of working with Loyalty Plumbing for a service and flush on my tankless water heater. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Justin was friendly & courteous. He explained the process clearly and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before he left. I highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing for their exceptional service.

So thankful I took the time to research a plumbing company and found loyalty! Another company wanted $1,200 to do a small job and I knew I was being taken advantage of. Loyalty was able to do the job for 40% of that, with added plumbing work!

Jason was my plumber and he was absolutely amazing. He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way, he was very respectful, personable, knowledgeable, and punctual.

Weirdly I am glad Advanced Home Services plumbing company tried to take advantage of me because I would have never found Loyalty 🙏

Plumbing problems can be a real headache. A simple leak can lead to more costly problems. I called close to 5 pm. But was assured my problem would be handled that day. My technician was Rodney. I am in the service industry myself, and I was very pleased with his competency, professionalism, friendly demeanor, and how he quickly put my concerns at ease. The repair was handled swiftly and water restored to my house. My house is a bit older, and after this experience, I will definitely be reaching out for any and all plumbing related needs.

Loyalty Plumbing has been my “go to” and only plumbing service for a few years now. They are prompt, reasonable and efficient. Luis Agaton did an amazing job today, as did his predecessors!

Trey was wonderful he knew what needed to be done, gave me three options to how he could repair the shower. I chose the one that would fix everything right away. He was trouble shooting on the spot and finished in record time. He left the bathroom cleaner then it was when he 1st came in.

The technician Jared Had a trainee done the replacing toilet valve. It appears the new trainee had no prior experience or exposure at all. The tech wanted to replace whole thing with a hefty price tag over $800 though even everything else is in good condition. I disagreed with him. Told him I just need a new valve. They charged me over $200 for that. Dishonest

When we started seeing black water show up on our toilets and sinks we reached out to Loyalty Plumbing for help and got great service and communication. Scheduling was easy and flexible, multiple text messages including a photo of our Technician Luis kept us informed, and Luis was professional, kind, and knowledgeable on what was wrong with our water softener. The new unit was installed the next day and nothing but a pretty new unit was left behind. We are very happy with Loyalty and will be returning for any future plumbing needs.

Jared is the best!! Always listens to all of your concerns and gives great feedback where you will know what he going to do to fix your problem. I have used him and Loyalty serial times and now there are no other plumbers saved in my phone only Jared at Loyalty!!

Had 2 tankless water heaters descaled. Great work, Jason was very professional and shared how the process would govascwell as the chemical used. Highly recommend.

I cannot stress enough how amazing it was to work with this company. My water heater exploded on me in the middle of the night and I didn’t find it till morning. I called Lotalty and they had people out to me almost right away. I chose to replace it with a tankless system. They worked tirelessly to get the system installed and get my family running water again. Every member of the crew was absolutely professional and fantastic to work with. At no time do you ever get the feeling that you are just a paycheck like you do from the giant corporations. Loyalty was exactly that, they treated us like family and worked hard to fix our problems. Hands down the best plumbing company to work with in Vegas. Their crews were all amazing and all interacted well with each other. If you have a plumbing issue call them for sure! Brian, Justin, Alex, Luis, and 2 others that I didn’t get a chance to catch their names were fantastic. Brian Garcia installed new filters on my RO system. BRIAN is a professional and courteous team member of Loyalty and demonstrated quality craftsmanship. He also tested the system for leaks. Cost for filters somewhat costly.

Brian was also dog friendly! 😀

The technician was a great guy, very personable. The fee was much higher than I expected but I really don't know if I could have gotten a better price considering the economic times. His service was thorough and fully took care of the problem, just wish it could have been cheaper.

Jared was warm, conscientious, and efficient! Best of all, he uncovered a problematic and potentially hazardous plumbing issue that was caused by a recent water filtration installation.
