Best plumbing supply place in town. Usually always carries the commercial plumbing products and materials I need. If you don't know about them, you're missing out.

Alert to all customers of Winsupply, I recently used my credit card to purchase some products at this company and they charged me more than what my receipt totaled. Someone else was also able to use my credit card and make charges to it without my authorization. This is unbelievable and I will no longer be using Winsupply and will tell others about the horrible experience and now they claim they are trying to resolve the problem when there shouldn't have been one to begin with. I would give 0 stars if I were able to.

This place is the best... Has everything you could need plumbing related with people that know what the hell they are talking about and unlike other wholesale places of this nature. These guys are great to deal with and don't have a snooty attitude. Prices are better than anywhere else also but even if they weren't just having people that are great to deal with would be worth it.

This review isn’t coming from a single visit or a visit that happened today but it is coming from dealing with Winsupply over the last 8 years and dealing with a majority of other supply houses in town. I visited another Supply house today and I would love to put them on blast but let’s face it, they are almost all this boring, rude type that wont offer help and if you ask they do the bare minimum. I dont even like to call other places as I feel like a burden to them. To the point, Winsupply’s employees are always happy, friendly and just willing to go the extra mile to help. If I call to ask for advice or help or I’m just not sure these guys are more than knowledgeable and are my go to for supplies. Thank you to the whole team!

Had a plumber and inspector come out in under an hour and they both promptly assesed and fixed our clog and water damage. Evan was very informative and helped us so we didn't have to do as big of a repair as we originally thought. 👍

Anthony did a great job he found the right problem and did an excellent job

I am the GM of the Lexi Hotel and needed a plumber in a pinch. Roto-Rooter got to us in no time and helped us with everything we needed done. From the initial phone call to the conclusion of service, the entire team was friendly, professional, comforting, kept open constant lines of communication, and did not stop until we were repaired. I want to thank Roto-Rooter for awesome service. we had a clogged kitchen sink. I spoke to Tiffany. She was great getting the information necessary. Brian and Josh were out in a short time and checked everything out for possible water damage. Then Sean came and cleared the clog. Very pleased with the service we received. Will be using Roto-Rooter in the future.

Anthony did an excellent job. He got the problem solved quickly and he paid attention to detail exactly what needed to be done. He didn’t waste any time. Thank you for sending him.

Anthony and Tony at Roto-Rooter were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They explained every step regarding what they were doing and provided pictures and data regarding the problem. They were outstanding.

Over-charged me $354 to clear the clog in my sink. Was told they couldn't get it unclogged, but charged me anyway. Then was told they needed to send a more experienced plumber to work on it, but never called back. The owner has been dodging my calls. Horrible service and a rip-off. I'm out $300+ and still have the problem.

Anthony was awesome! He showed up on time and took care of the issue efficiently. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely call Roto-Rooter again.

Sean was great: He was delayed to an Emergency in the area, but when he arrived, he got right to work. He showed me an issue I will need to correct later, as the water pipe in the wall will need to be adjusted at a cost over $800.00. When I make another correction involving the vanity, I will have you out again and get everything lined up as it should be. Thank you very much for the service. Your all great.

James resolved my clogged main sewer line with ease. His professionalism, knowledge and patience and his willingness to explain my drain problem added much comfort knowing I was in good hands. I appreciated his sense of humor as well. Thanks James!
