We had a water softener installed by another company and it wasn’t compatible with our home, it wasn’t regenerating at all. I called a few different plumbing companies in Las Vegas to come over and help us figure out the issue. Trey from Loyalty Plumbing listened to our concerns and didn’t try to upsell us. Ultimately his customer service won us over and we decided to uninstall the softener and reinstall a new one that he recommended. Our installer Angel was very good. He even picked up the new softener and dropped off our old one at Lowe’s to be returned. I will be recommending Loyalty Plumbing to everyone. Thank you!

Luis was fantastic from the first visit a few weeks ago through today when I had .y small repairs done, shower/tub faucet cylinder and a new kitchen faucet installed. After when those items were completed, he went over water softener and filtration options, which are a must. I did not feel like it was a high pressure sale. This is my second time using Loyalty Plumbing for toilet services. They're easy to schedule with, arrive on time, and very professional. I find their prices to be very reasonable and will keep using them for future plumbing needs.

Marlon and Mary were wonderful. Very kind and not pushy. They even recommended/reminded me that I need salt for my water softener- when they were not dispatched to work on my water softener. All of the Loyalty plumbers that have worked at my house over the years have been great too.

Justin was super knowledgeable, perfect timing when showing up to the house. Showed me the part that needed replacement compared to the new part. Friendly, quick service. Mentioned the fact that Loyalty is military owned and gave me a military discount. Will definitely choose Loyalty again.

We got 2 quotes to install a whole-home water softener. Loyalty was about 3% more expensive, but the extremely positive experience getting the quote made us decide to go with them. It was a great decision! The team just finished cutting the main line, diverting the pool line, and running piping through the attic for a drain line into the laundry room and the new pool line. 6 hours of work, and it was done with extremely high workmanship. I'll update if we experience any hiccups, but for now, I'm extremely pleased with Loyalty and will be calling them for all our plumbing needs!

Update: As stated I would given a 5-star review and after speaking with Lily and got all the clarifications needed, I have updated this to a 5 star. My wife and I will reviewing the estimates and decide on the action we will take.

As previously mentioned, the technicians do good work, are friendly and are knowledgeable. They also clean up after themselves.

Great friendly company. They respond quickly was able to get us scheduled in a timely fashion, respectful while on property and explained everything along the way.
