I needed to write a review! Was having issues with my A/C and had Jay help us out and omg he was amazing! Besides fixing the issues he was very informative and answered all my questions, I had so many questions! He didn't make me feel dumb and was super nice!! Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed and ask for Jay! Very nice gentleman!

Gunny’s Air Conditioning is seriously the best in Vegas! Super reliable and professional, and their prices are really reasonable too. Huge shout out to Juan—he made sure everything was done right and didn’t leave until every little detail was taken care of. I had a few concerns, and he handled them all without any hassle. If you need AC work done, definitely call Gunny’s. You won’t be disappointed!

I was told no charge for a diagnostic. The tech was told it was quote ticket for a new system. They ended charging 80 dollars for a diagnostic. Bad communication between the company and I had to pay for their mistake. Very unhappy.

Gunny’s AC and Plumbing is great! They were very quick and efficient. Juan made the process go by quickly and smoothly. My AC has never felt this cool! He was able to explain to me how my unit was being serviced and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service on his part, would definitely recommend. If you want someone to do the job right definitely ask for Juan. :)

Although we ended up not using Gunny’s after all, it was only because we remembered the heater is covered under our home insurance. Otherwise, as always, the best experience from Gunny’s, with a friendly and wise young man in service.

The technicians were so patient in listening to the issue I was having and explaining what was happening with my unit. They also recommended some additional repairs that I needed - parts are on order for those repairs.

I love Gunny's AC & Plumbing! They are professional, detail oriented and they return calls in a timely manner. They also make every effort to work around your schedule. They don't disappear on you and run from follow up phone calls after the service. They'll take the time needed to walk you through the services provided and the services recommended including the urgency level. Office staff is also always pleasant. They will always be my first option.

Gunnys recently installed a new HVAC system in my home. The weather has been mild so I hadn't turned on the heat yet. With the temps dropping, I wanted to take the chill off and when I went to turn on the heat nothing happened. Called Gunnys and in less than 2 hours the tech was at my house and fixed a very simple issue.
Communication is great. Jenny called to keep me updated on when the tech would arrive then Rodrigo the tech called to say he was on his way and I received a text to confirm he was in fact on the way.
Overall a great experience and my home is toasty warm!

I was very satisfied with the tech that came to my house, I had another well known company come out prior to Gunny’s and they wanted to sell me a whole new system for 11k. I declined their suggestion and called a smaller company, Gunny’s. Service tech , Emery was very thorough and after troubleshooting determined my no heat problem was due to a faulty electrical connection on the circuit board.
He got it working so I had heat for a couple of days but now no heat again.
I haven’t heard back from Gunny’s yet so I’m guessing they are waiting for the part to arrive. my point being they did not try to sell me a whole new system but rather did honest troubleshooting of the problem, I’m not going to name the other HVAC company for obvious reasons but I will write a review for them as well

Honest and dependable company with great customer service and care! The owner is a very good guy, he called me after hours to help me when my water heater broke and had his team out to help me first thing in the morning and matched a competitors price. I have used them for years and will continue to when i need them!

Excellent service. Gunny’s was able to come out quickly. It only took Jesse a short time to diagnose the problem. He took the time to explain the situation and offered a solution. Much appreciated!

I have used air care for two of my rental properties. Replaced the motor at two different properties and also replaced a whole unit outside on one property.

Alfonso and his team are fantastic! He is honest and very efficient. My house had gotten up to 95 degrees inside. My home warranty company, AHS, sent Air Pro Master who diagnosed that a kink in the unit ‘s outside cooper line, which wasn’t the real problem. AHS said that it was “the user fault” and denied my claim. This was unbelievable. They sent another company, Dr. Cool, to give me a second opinion, which was a waste because they let me know that they had to write the opinion in a certain way to the benefit of the home warranty company even though verbally they said something different to me. At the end of this fiasco, AHS suggested a costly repair or an expensive replacement of my unit. Both options were several thousands of out of pocket dollars that I would have to pay.

Alfonso came and gave me a 3rd opinion and a reasonable quote and went above and beyond fixing my A/C problem and suggested improvements that would possibly prevent another frivolous home warranty denial in the future if something went wrong. The main reason I had kept my home warranty was because of my A/C units. Now that I know and trust Air Care Heating & Cooling LLC; I’m canceling my home warranty. I’m so happy to have been referred to Alfonso. Now my family and I are “chilling”. Thanks again Alfonso you and your team saved me a ton of money and have definitely EARNED my business!
