Something was obviously wrong with my unit. It is a 14 years old and I was worried. Complete Temperature Services fit me in the very next day, came out and fixed the issue without breaking the bank! I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and prompt attention to my problem. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this company.

Great experience. Tech was professional and wore booties in the house. He tested all mlthe vents and duct work in the house and made recommendations that were easy to follow. Will definitely use in the future!

Asked for an honest inspection and got just what needed for the AC unit on the home I am purchasing.

AC repair in the middle of the hottest time of year in Vegas is usually the worst nightmare. They responded Same Day and had me up and running while I was waiting 2 weeks for my home warranty company to even get the part needed. Their pricing was much more than reasonable, and quality of work was perfect! This is the third time we used CTS, always the same outstanding service!

CTS came out to troubleshoot an issue with our AC and the condenser that another company couldn't fix and misdiagnosed. The technician Charles was methodical and patience (in 115 degree heat) in unraveling the miswire and a faulty door switch. He was knowledgeable and professional. The cost was very reasonable. I will be using this company for all my future needs.

I would highly recommend complete temperature service, they found a problem that it been going on for a long time I gained 10° of cooling by the time they had finished that doubled what I had. They were extremely friendly to work with they kept me informed every step of the way And I didn’t feel like I got overcharged at all. Our A/C unit was not cooling and was actually making the house hotter when it was running. We had tried everything we could think of to no avail. Since we have moved into this house in April and are totally new to the area we reached out to our realtor to ask for recommendations. He came back with Charles with Complete Temperature Services. Charles got in touch with us within a couple hours and agreed to come out to our house that day as he was already on a job. He was very professional and friendly when he arrived and listened to what was going on with the unit and took a look at the unit. He found the problem that would get us back to the land of cooler air while also letting us know both of our units will need some work in the future. We knew this would probably be a possibility as we knew what we were getting when we bought the house. Charles said his company can do the work but it would be best to wait until a later date to complete it (hello Las Vegas summer!) We look forward to contacting him again and having him work on our units. You will not regret going with Charles and his company.

Complete Temperature Services replaced a compressor and installed a soft-start (for a unit that can run on solar power) on one of my systems. They also checked out the second unit to make sure all was functioning. Compared to other service providers that I got quotes from, their work was much more reasonably priced and the repairs were done right the first time. I will continue to use them for regular service intervals and future repairs.

They took the extra time to ensure everything was working as it should and explained to me why it was not working in ways we could easily understand!! Charles with Complete Temperature came to see why only part of the house was getting heat. He verified we had 2 zone motors that needed to be replaced. He was able to obtain them and return within the week to get the job done. He is honest and straight forward about what work needs to be done and quotes prices that make sense. It is great to have a reliable and honest company on which to rely.

Always there when I need them,. I would have given 5 stars but I just paid just under $450.00 for an alternator. The prices could have been a bit lower.

Contrary to popular belief we are not rich truck drivers even if some of them would have you believe they are.

$450.00 is a bit much for a $100.00 alternator. (thats all it is worth to me)

This guy almost crashed into me on the freeway trying to force a merge when I had nowhere to go.
