Duane was quick, efficient, and very professional when repairing my air conditioning system. He was also friendly with my curious puppies, who always want to be part of the action. The AC was fixed promptly, and it was such a relief to feel the cool air start flowing through my home, especially with the hot weather we get here. I was hoping my house would cool down instantly, but Duane explained that the system needs a little time to reach the perfect temperature. Maybe next time the technicians can bring a magic wand! We had AN Heating & AC Los Angeles install a new heater and air conditioning system in our attic, which didn’t have anything before. They also replaced the old units in our basement with updated ones. Jaime and Nathan handled everything from start to finish, and did an excellent job! They were friendly, reliable, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The project was pretty big, but they managed it smoothly, and I felt comfortable having them work in our home even when we weren’t there. Everything was done professionally, and I’m really happy with how our heater is working now. I’ll definitely call them again for any heating repairs and recommend them to friends in North Las Vegas.

I had been without AC during an excessive heatwave warning since Friday, September 2nd. I contacted my rental property for assistance and was waiting until I couldn't bear having just techs to look at it come out. Finally, on Monday night, reliance found the soultuion. The AC within our home had went down during the excessive heat wave that the Las Vegas area is dealing with. Our home had reached over 95 degrees inside, and we were obviously concerned that it wouldn’t be an immediate fix. The two gentlemen who came by however quickly eased our concerns as they were both knowledgeable and efficient, and figured out the issue within minutes of arriving. We recommend Reliance Heating & Cooling to everyone, they were a true pleasure to deal with!

My landlord used Reliance Heating & Cooling to replace my upstairs and downstairs AC units. They were replacing the units for nearly twelve hours, and since they left on Friday my downstairs unit has not worked at all. For a while the fan worked but cooling did not. Now neither work.

I have called their office numerous times over the course of this week. I have called in the morning. I have called in the afternoon. I have left many messages. They never return my calls, they never answer the phone.

I don't know what I have to do to actually get them to return and fix this unit.

What a phenomenal and wonderful company. So refreshing to have an honest company here in Las Vegas. They were prompt, attentive and so very kind. Super fast. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I had a company come out that my warranty sent who was the exact opposite and after 5 days of waiting for repair work in 110 degree heat, called Reliance on a recommendation from a friend. So glad I did. They repaired wires the other company placed in the fan blade path which severed them & simply charged my unit. AC is working great.

I have been 4 days without a working AC in my house. But today was the day I was waiting for!! Reliance sent 3 service technicians who arrived on time to my house to replace the broken AC. They did magnificent teamwork and did a full replacement of the AC, furnace, and thermostat.
Antonio, Angel, and Angel were efficient, professional, polite and focused on making sure everything was in working order before they left my home. Their customer service and work was incredible. They also swept up the garage floor of any debris and disposed of it leaving the no trace of anything that I would have had to sweep myself. Reliance is definitely a "GO TO" for any AC work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC work.
