I don't recommend this place at all. We try to work with them to get our warranty taken care of on our ice machine and all they did was give us the runaround and then pretty much told us that they can't do anything to help us mind you the part did get shipped to them damaged and they didn't take any accountability or responsibility for that whatsoever.

I have used George D. Lewis and company for the past 5 years and they are great. Nice and polite when you call on the phone and always have the willingmess to send a service person out as soon as possible. Once on property they are so professional and take care of any problem you may have with a clear explanation of what was wrong and how they are going to fix it. I highly recommend them for any refrigeration problems you may have.

While the staff was nice and polite, their ability to work with their customers on return items is very poor at best. I would NOT recommend purchasing parts from this company unless you are absolutely sure what you have need of. The expertise to help the customer was well beneath industry standards...

You can tell they take pride in what they do! Highly recommend!

We have a side draft evaporite cooler. This was a very good experience. The technician was friendly, professional, and informative. He preformed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend hit to others.

Gunny’s replaced an air conditioning unit for us. It was very hard to get to. They did a good job. Everything is working fine and they cleaned up completely. Plus, replaced the thermostat.

I had my ac service before the summer hit here in very hot Las vegas . My technician Juan was amazing! He was very informative in everything he found with my unit . He inspected and cleaned the condenser and evaporator coils and provided the best service for my unit before these hot temps rise.

Gunnys was fabulous and Emery was absolutely amazing! I HIGHLY recommend them! AC install went super smooth and their service was fantastic!

Great company. Our AC went out on a evening when it was 108 degrees. They came out to eval the same evening. The next morning they came out with portable AC units. The following morning they were able to replace our entire HVAC system. We are very pleased with the results. Thanks guys!
