a team came out over the last several days to install a new ductless heater system with 2 outdoor units and 6 indoor units at our place in north las vegas. not only were duane and the crew on time, respectful, and professional, but they also made sure the slimducts outside looked just how we wanted. i work from home and was there for the whole installation, but i always felt confident in their work and didn’t need to check on them. if you want a top quality mini split heater system put in, i highly recommend these guys.

this company provided the best ac repair service i’ve had in a long time. i bought a new furnace and air conditioner from them a while back, and both worked perfectly until recently, when my ac stopped cooling right before the heat wave hit. i hadn’t had any maintenance done since i got it, so i called them for help. because it’s such a busy time of year, i had to wait a bit for my appointment, but it was worth it. nathan came out right on time and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the ac system. he quickly got started on the ac tune-up, and soon after, another technician joined him to help. they found the problem—a faulty capacitor—and replaced it right away. since my ac was still under warranty, there was no charge for the repair. nathan also completed the tune-up, which included cleaning the condenser, and he even cleaned the furnace blower for free since it was pretty dirty. after finishing up, nathan let me know about their annual service plans, which include yearly ac tune-ups, furnace maintenance, and water heater inspections. i decided to sign up for a plan so my system stays in great shape. i also considered getting an air ionization unit to help clean the air through the ducts, but changed my mind after discussing the cost. nathan was very understanding and quickly refunded my money without any hassle. overall, i’m extremely satisfied with their work and how patient and helpful nathan was. i now feel confident that my heating, cooling, and water systems are reliable, especially during the hot nv summers. i definitely recommend their ac repair services!

not sure why there are any negative reviews. my home warranty sent out AN Heating & AC Los Angeles when my heater stopped working. jaime was very nice and helpful on the phone, and duane called to share his suggestions and a quote. he gave honest advice about what we needed, with no pressure to buy extra things. the technicians did an awesome job. they managed to fit us in quickly and got the furnace working, which really helped with the cold weather. after finishing, they cleaned everything up and explained how to use the heater. i’ll definitely call them again for future heater maintenance.
