My heater stop working. I called heating repair now and they sent rwally nice man. I felt very comfortable letting him in my home. He didnt try to sell me things that I didnt need and he took good care of me and he made sure that my heater was working before he left. He even called me back the next day to make sure I was ok. Great experience with this heating company. The technician promptly ascertained the issue with the furnace and suggested a good cleaning and maintenance was all that was needed. The heater kept cutting off due to bird droppings and other crud clogging my exhaust vent pipe. He told me it was a common issue in Las Vegas, NV.

Before cleaning the furnace the HVAC tech did provide me with the price (which was reasonable) and waived the diagnosis fee. Although there wasn’t an actual repair, the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and conducted himself like a true professional.

The heating furnace is now working without issue.

This company provided excellent heating maintenance service on my furnace. They were fast, professional and explained what they did. My heater is certified ready for the cold season. Although winter is a little ways off in Las Vegas, I know the weather can get cold fast in October. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Honest, friendly, affordable and efficient! We had problems with another company (referred through your home warranty) and they kept scheduling large time windows and not showing up. We called Hal Mechanical, they came the next morning, diagnosed the problem and installed a new ac unit the following day. They have excellent customer service and actually care about people. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, or refer my friends/family.

Our AC went out and we called HAL as they installed the unit. We reached their 24/7 number. They contacted us and we set up an appointment for the same day with our favorite techn̈ician, Chad. He arrived within the promised time frame, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He shared pictures of the problem and the repair and explained what he did.

Hal Mechanical is very pleasant to work with. They have excellent customer service, and keep clean and tidy work space. The new furnace they installed so far works exactly as promised. I asked for two extra items to be done and they did one for free and the other charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them as it was a great experience.
