HAL responded to my call very quickly. The service person, Chad, was very friendly and figured out the problem and found a way to reduce the cost of replacing the compressor. Very professional with reasonable cost.

After hearing an awful screeching sound coming from our AC we called Hal Mechanical to come check it out. Within an hour Noah was at the door. He was able to diagnose and rectify the problem in a matter of hours. He was polite and knowledgeable. What could of been a nightmare situation turned out to be as easy as making one phone call. Thanks Noah.

Noah came out on a Sunday morning and was very helpful not only with the heating system, he also got our gas fire place going and helped us with the thermostat.

This morning, Chad came out to our home to check our AC units. Found out that we needed a new capacitor. He showed me scientifically that it in fact needed to be changed. Here’s a picture of the unit he changed out for us. He is professional, efficient, and on time. Love, Hal, mechanical air-conditioning heating company thank you so much, Chad!

I can’t say enough about how great this company is! From those that answer the phone , to Pam that helps get you the right mechanic, to the technicians who come to your house. Kudos to Bret, the tech that inspected my AC, he spent a lot of time until the work is done, explained what's he's going to do before proceeding. He's such a nice guy.

HVAC went down in middle of the night, in the hottest week on record. Chad responded immediately and fixed my AC within the next hour. Amazing work, very fast and efficient. Will absolutely use again hopefully no time soon.

Chad who has handled our units for the past four years is always ontime and calls when he is on his way. We had Hal Mechanical install our two units several years ago and they have taken care of them since then. Their maintenance agreement is reasonably priced.

Chad has taken care of my system since he had it installed 7 years ago.
He also installed many of my extended family members in Sun City Anthem.
Nobody else will check my system.

Matthew Morgan was professional. He arrived promptly and listened to my concerns. Then Matt went into the hottest part of my house. The attic crawl space. 130 degrees at least.

He spent time investigating and he took pics. Matt told me what our next steps should be. I appreciate his honesty. I would use his service again.

We just had our air conditioner fixed and the technician named Chad not only replaced a part in a hot attic very fast but he gave us an explanation as to what was required, got the part and was very professional and friendly interfacing with us. Chad has been doing our winter and summer service for many years . To my wife and I, Chad is the face of Hal Mechanical and we feel very strongly in recommending this company.

Juan T. was my service technician today. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a thorough inspection — answering all my questions. I had been thinking about finding a new company. But today’s experience makes me want to stick with Hal Mechanical. 5 stars for Juan!

Our 5 ton condensing unit was making a terrible noise and shut down. John Becker came out to the house on Sunday evening and dove right in and got the unit working again in no time. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
