These guys are awesome; this is the third time we have used them in 2 years. Each time saving us a ton of money (other companies wanted to just replace the unit, Mojave Air Conditioning was able to repair the unit, thus stretching out the life of this geriatric machine). My husband and I bought a home built in 1962, with a 29-year-old AC unit on the roof. Last night, our unit shut off and we worried. My husband called Mojave AC, and they were out in two hours. Josh was able to diagnosis the problem, even though the unit was discontinued a while ago, something that other companies were unable to do. Fused corrected, and cool air was back on. We know that we will have to get a new unit soon, however it was nice not to pay today.

So glad I found this company!...I called Mojave Air Conditioning during the hottest week of the year with record breaking heat temps, after my copper coils rusted out and began leaking. Mojave came out the very next day to diagnose my unit. The service technician, Rube was very professional, arrived on time, and was able to offer me affordable pricing without compromising quality of service. I appreciate that they didn't try "upselling" or pushing additional services on me, which put me at ease. They simply addressed the underlying issues and provided affordable options for my family. I appreciate their down-home approach to business, while making customer service their focus. Thank you Mojave for all you do for Las Vegans!!

Mojave's technicians just finished installing the new copper coil. Keith and Humberto did a great job getting my AC unit up and running again! I have cool air in the house again and my son and I have relief from the heat, yay!! I'm glad to have found such a reliable company to call on in the future.....Thanks again!

In need of getting my heating system fixed- Mojave Air Conditioning came to my rescue. Learning I was without heat - they quickly sent out a very nice and knowledgeable young man by the name of Spencer. I could not have asked for a better technician - he was very kind and concerned about getting my heat up and running. Went above and beyond to help me with my filter and thermostat. Just feel very fortunate to have had Spencer to help me. Congratulations to Mojave for having Spencer on their staff so I could have him take such good care of my heating trouble. Sometimes I feel we are so quick to criticize - feel we should be just as quick to say job well done !!! You cannot go wrong having Mojave take care of your heating and air conditioning needs. Mojave Air Conditioning has been our go-to service provider for the last 4 years and we are very pleased with their service. They installed 4 air conditioners at a very good price and 3 furnaces (we had a home warranty provider install another) and they are working great. They provide our warranty service on all equipment. We are very pleased.

Cecil is the BEST! He arrived a bit early and cheerfully!
He was efficient and took the time to help educate me with what was wrong and what I might be able to make it work better.
Definitely my choice for AC repair and maintenance forever!

Cecil came after the initial tech could not solve my problem. It turned out the motor of the air conditioner froze and he replaced it and my house is again very cool. He also told us about the importance of changing filters frequently you have to be able to see through the filter for that to function well in your home so your air conditioner does not break down. Very professional . Knows his craft..

Josh and his crew provided exceptional service to both me and my neighbor. A few weeks ago, my AC was having issues. I called Mojave AC, they were able to see me that day, fix the problem with one visit and inexpensively get my house cool again.

Just this weekend, my next door neighbor had a different issue with her AC. She called me, I recommended Mojave AC, Josh came over that same day, trouble shot the problem within a few minutes, did the repair at her house and she was cool before lunch.

They are honest, knowledgeable and fair priced. If you need help with your AC problems, you'll be glad you called Mojave to fix them.

Mojave Air Conditioning was able to come on short notice and Cecil got our air conditioner back up and running. He was very knowledgeable and happy to share information regarding our system and how to get the best use out of it.

The guy that came out to my house was Rube and he was very nice and polite. He was helpful went over our options and helped to get an outcome to our issue. Needless to say they are coming to put a new AC on my house tomorrow. I was very pleased with the service and he was awesome and this company is lucky to have such a great guy representing there company! I have been in the customer service field for 20 years and it is well noted when I get exceptional service. I am confident tomorrow will be no different. Thanks Rube and Mojave!

Our ac went out and Mojave came out to replace it. They also came for regularly scheduled preventative maintenance care for the new unit. From dispatch calling to confirm the appointments and customer satisfaction, to the techs showing up on time and taking care of business, the whole experience was smooth sailing. Shout out to the whole team kim, Gerardo, and all the others who have helped us along the way.

My highest recommendation I can give goes to Mojave. We've used them to repair our A/C units and then 9 months later for our furnace when we were selling the house. By far, they have the friendliest and most positive attitudes I've seen from anybody. That's at least enough reason to have them in your house. Then, Cecil's passion for what he does is amazing...when he left I wanted to be a HVAC technician (really)! Lastly, they charge a completely reasonable price. Mojave is the best service company I have ever dealt with.

This is my 2nd experience with Mojave Air Conditioning and I highly recommend them. Both technicians were professional and easy to get along with. First one, recommended to enroll to their Platinum Membership. I was reluctant at first but glad I did. With my unit close to 10 years I figured I would need more service soon and he taught me what to look out for. And so I called when I suspected something and Cecil showed up. Showed me what we’re the problems and what needed to be done and when. If anything Mojave AC gave me peace of mind and help me prevent breaking my AC units.

I would just like to say I have called this company out 5 times and they have been great 100% of the time. Today's visit was with Cecil. He takes the time to explain everything, diagnose the problem and not lie like other companies and tell you you need something that you don't. They have great prices and great Services I called them on a Sunday and got an immediate response within 2 hours they were at my door. Fast efficient and professional I really like them...

First off great Job. I have Choice Home Warranty wish i didn't . Jorge came out for the service call very professional explained the problem did a good job. Choice contacted me and told me that Jorge said my system was dirty and not up kept so they didn't cover it. I contacted Mojave and one of the girls there contacted Choice and got the real story. She did a great good and Jorge never told Choice that. Anyway Donnie came out from Mojave gave me a good quote on a new unit. Also very professional and explained everything. A few days later Keith came out and installed my new unit him and his partner did a great job also. All around great job Mojave air i am super pleased with the A/C but even happier with you customer service. Jorge, Donnie, Keith, and the girl i spoke too all deserve a pat on the back i will use Mojave air from now on.

Met you fine folks at a Home Show - Las Vegas Pavilion. I was most impressed with the attitude of the people working your booth - especially Cecile. He loves AC and your Company. We scheduled a tune-up coil cleaning and he did a fantastic job explaining my amps, the draw, etc. We discussed the specs of the unit, which is older, and how those specs may have measured up when the unit was first installed. He took the time to physically show me the Heater Exchange has exceeded its useful life, and could be a hazard with Carbon Monoxide if it goes too much longer. I understand the dangers of Co2 poisoning and appreciated his taking the time to really spell out in writing my specs, and his recommendations when my units time comes. Cecile really is quite an impressive guy, both from his knowledge, care and passion for AC as well as his GREAT attitude toward people. I very pleased I called and had you fine folks out to my home. Thanks again and GREAT WORK.

Chris & Raul were very professional, polite, and on time. They laid down cloth protect our floors and cleaned up afterwards. The new AC & heater were installed with no issues at all. We highly recommend Mojave Air Conditioner.

I contacted Mojave Air Conditioning to clean my dryer vent. Corey came out and cleaned it, but I later noticed that there was still a clog issue. I contacted the company via email and they arranged for Corey to come back out and clear the vent again at no additional charge. Everything is clear and working like a charm now! Great customer service!

Mojave Air has always had a history of competent & friendly techs in my experience, but Anthony Silva truly went the extra mile and impressed me (and I know a lot of AC people!).

Anthony was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and great demeanor around our children while working in my home. Anthony took the time to diligently test his repairs and be proactive for potential future issues. Couldn't have asked for a better tech to come out and get our A/C back up.

I've been around the industry for years and I try to recognize great people when I see them. Thank you Anthony and Mojave Air! I will also let my PM company know what a great job you did.

Per the reviews, this company seems to be great unless you have a home warranty. They like to place blame on the home warranty company, but it is Mojave Air that drags their feet on getting the information over to the warranty company.
Then they try to throw extra costs in at the home owners expense for things that do not need to be replaced.
It's a shame, the techs that came out to our home were amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions.
The office staff on the other hand.....not helpful, basically refused to get the requested information over to the warranty company and when I would call, they would blame the warranty company. I was on a 3 way call when the warranty company called their office 3 times and it turned out it was Mojave Air not my warranty company.
It's very apparent that they do not want to do home warranty work, so I am unsure why they even contract with them.
If you have a home warranty, stay away from Mojave Air. We are now over a month with no air thanks to Mojave Air!

Then I received a call from Mojave’s office Saturday morning. The tech diagnosing the issue was AJ phenomenal service recommend highly. Within 4 hours an entirely new Condenser unit was in place, installed with refrigerant. The installation crew of Omar and Xavier did an outstanding and thoroughly explained everything ring done also highly recommended!!
