I contacted Hal Mechanical recently after overseeing we missed our fall heating system preventive maintenance check-up. Sorry, I didn’t take note of the appointment person, but she was SO nice and helpful. An appointment was scheduled for today. Chad was our Svc Tech who performed a number of tests on our A/C and it passed. Chad was very meticulous in explaining everything he was going to do along with the resulting “score”. He/they will be back in the fall to service the heating system.

Noah, our HAL Mechanical tech, has just completed the semi-annual assessment of our HVAC systems. Noah has distinguished himself as an asset to his employer, not only by his friendly and polite manner, but also his expertise. His line-by-line report of our units was appreciated. HAL is our choice HVAC company for these last four years and Noah, very much, our preferred tech.

Noah arrived on time and was very courteous and thorough. He answered my questions and explained his work. I was very satisfied and would recommend him to others

From the beginning Noah has been very honest and up front.. told me exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. This is Noah's second visit to my home. Very impressed with his work ethics.

We’ve had Chad service our HVAC system for years. He’s punctual, knowledgeable, trustworthy, has a great personality, and truly cares about doing a good job. Very customer oriented. We always request Chad if he’s available.

I requested seasonal service from Hal Mechanical. My tech Juan was fabulous let me know prior to his arrival. Introduced himself and what services he was going to provide. Review each unit with me after thorough inspection of all. I received a comprehensive email detailing all four units offering options to maintain or replace. Love the opportunity to have the options.

We had a new AC unit installed today. Many thanks to everyone involved and a special shout out to Noah. Noah has been our go to guy since fall of last year and he’s helped us every step of the way. Noah takes the time to explain every facet of the install including pictures, correct filters to use, new thermostat etc. Everyone at Hal has been very professional, personable and I highly recommend Hal for your HVAC repairs, maintenance and new units.

I would recommend Hal Mechanical to anyone that needs help with their Air Conditioning/Heating needs. We had a new air conditioning unit installed by Noah, Khadrah and Scotty and they did an excellent job! They all were so professional, kind, hard working and very detailed. So happy with everything they did.

Noah was on time. He was extremely courteous, was very knowledgeable able the job, and explained very well.

HAL Mechanical and John Becker provided exceptional service! We had air conditioner issues with a noisy blower and concerns about the air conditioning unit. John arrived on time introduced himself and was very clean and courteous. John determined that the blower motor was the problem. But rather than disconnecting everything and ordering a new unit and saying I’ll be back in a couple of days with a replacement unit, he took the unit out examined it and made repairs on site! He realized the blower motor had a loose shaft nut. He made the repairs while suffering through 140°+ in our attic. John made the repairs, reinstalled the blower motor and then checked the refrigerant level. Once he was comfortable with the refrigerant level and AC output, he showed us all the repairs satisfying our concerns. Our AC is now working again efficiently and the repairs were made with minimal intrusion and done quickly. If I could give this guy 10 stars I would!

I have used Hal Mechanical for years! First I used their commercial crew at my son’s building where I was the property manager. After many undesirable experiences with 5 other companies, Hal Mechanial was referred to me. FANTASTIC N HIGHLY RESPECTABLE crew. Very professional!
Because of their great ethics n great work at work, I later found out they have a residential crew n hired them to take care of my house. Chad service my home for years n now Bret took over. Super thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, n so friendly n helpful.

The HAL tech, John B. called to let me know he would be at my home in 45 min. He arrived on time, volunteered to use shoe covers while in my home and explained the process he would use to check my heating and cooling system. John was professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and showed me some of the equipment he would use to check the system.

Noah was very thorough and honest. He ran all of his tests and showed me the results. He let me know that my unit was working well and didn’t need any major repairs.

Wow, what a breath of fresh air. After being extorted by HVAC companies my whole adult life I can't believe I finally connected with HAL Mechanical. Super responsive, super competent, super resonable prices. I will never look elsewhere, and that is the truth. They fixed the chiller and an AC unit on our surgery center and medical building. I cannot recommend them enough.

The terrific leader Noah and his team of Lauren and Scottt installed a new a/c system for me yesterday. It was quite a process and took the entire day! They were professional, upbeat-loved the laughter- and kept me updated along the way. They were respectful of me and my home. When Noah was here and we determined I needed a new unit, he took his time to help me decide which was the best value/price for me. I've used Hal for the last few years and don't have anything but the highest rating for them. On a side note, when leaving last night, Noah noticed the smell of gas and let me know I had a gas leak! Talk about service above and beyond! That was fixed this morning by SW Gas so good to go. Noah is absolutely the best!

Noah is very honest and kind. He came out for an airflow issue in one of our bedrooms and explained the problem in great detail but also in a way I could understand. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend him and HAL Mechanical.

Have been in Vegas for over 60 years. Hal Mechanical is absolutely the best AC outfit that I have ever had in town. Do great work and do not try to upsell you. Honest and great service.
