She arranged for a technician to come to the house the same day at a time that worked for me (really important since I work from home right now). The technician arrived on time and resolved the issue fairly quickly - a lot faster than my skills would have allowed. The technician provided me with an explanation of what happened and tips on how to avoid future problems. He too demonstrated the skills of the consummate professional. I am very happy with the service and have recommended to others. I am putting my potential career in plumbing on hold and will rely upon Roto-Rooter when the need arises.

They were able to send someone to the next day to help with my issue. There was no service call fee. The technicians did a very good job, I was more than ok leaving it in their hands.

I took my trash out last night and noticed water had leaked out of my hot water heater in the garage. I called Roto Rooter who installed the water heater 5 years prior. I spoke with Trish who was fantastic and fast! She said she could have Tony out to access the situation with my water heater. 30 minutes later, Tony showed up, accessed the situation, went to Home Depot to get a new water heater and returned to install a new water heater to perfection. Trish and Tony answered many of my questions and I am completely satisfied with the service I received today! Its refreshing to see and experience great work like the old days! I will always call Trish for my plumbing needs and I will ask for Tony of course. Trish has two amazing dogs as well! They keep her in a marvelous mood and they should be mentioned!

The service we required was handled in a timely manner and efficiently. I appreciate Tony R explaining what he was doing and how quickly he completed the job.

Needed the inside parts of the toilet fixed, but became more of a problem, a much bigger one. They actually came back the same day to get it all done! Great service, checked in to make things were still working and all was good. Would definitely recommend.

They were at my place within 40 minutes after my phone call. Toilet was stopped up and overflowed, and the plumber (James) was able to unclog without replacing the toilet. They also brought a water specialist (Tiffany) to make sure the overflow didn't get under the tile and flooring. James and Tiffany were straight-forward, honest and courteous, I will be using them again!!!
