This company has had the water shut off to my complex for the entire day (it's now after 4pm). There's 4 guys, including the bald guy that's in the main Google image for this business, talking about how they're going to mess with anyone's plumbing that complains about the water shut off. Specifically "I'll make sure it flushes up instead of down." Howabout just get the job done and get folks water back on? Really professional. I would NEVER call this company for any personal plumbing needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenni Plumbing for a plumbing issue in my home, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. Phil stopped by and pointed out that the leak outside my house was not an issue with irrigation but the main line into my house.
He also pointed out that I was responsible for the repair not the city or HOA. As one can imagine I was concerned with the surprise expense. Phil noticed my concern and went ahead and tightened the lose valve and all was good. "No Charge" I cannot believe in this day and age, someone would extend that level of courtesy. I cannot express enough my gratitude towards Phil. Thank you again for your kindness and level of professionalism.

From start to finish working with the wonderful people at Jenniplumber was great! The office ladies Jen and Brit top-notch, and our plumber himself, Phill went above and beyond! They did what they said they'd do on time and within budget! You can't ask for better than that! Thank you guys again!!

Had them out to repair a leaking backflow prevention valve. I felt overcharged for some PVC fittings, 464.. The leak persisted and I called again. They came back out, told me the leak going down my driveway was normal and hit me with a service call fee of 79. The leak got worse and I got tired of their excuses. I hired another plumber who fixed the issue. I told Jenni Plumbing if they cash that 79 service call check I would leave a one star review so here it is. Not cool! Over 500 spent with Jenni Plumber with nothing repaired. They took short cuts to charge me instead of correcting the issue. I gave them an opportunity to make it right and instead they tried to tell me my leak was normal and hit me with another service call fee. Refund my 79 and I'll remove this review. Hire at your own risk.

My experience with Phil was excellent. He is knowledgeable and professional. I had to deal with my HOA, who took a long time to set up a water shut off for my building. In the end, Phil’s patience and expertise helped me through a difficult situation. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience! I was disappointed with my HOA that they wouldn't fix a hose bib near my house. But Phil at JenniPlumber came and replaced the part quickly on a busy day before a holiday. He was very nice. And he did a great job!

I had a broken water heater that needed to be replaced. LeakBusters came out and installed a new one in no time, fair price and fast service.

Even though the plumber had to drill a tiny hole in the wall, their leak detection service worked well. At least they managed to fix it without any problems.

Here is a legit review,unlike these others, which are obviously fake. If you want to lose $75 fast ,go ahead and call. But you won't be getting plumbers, you'll be getting two guys in an plain truck with no tools show up to only be calling their boss to describe the job. They are not qualified to diagnose the problem themselves but have another person try to figure out the issue by proxy. They couldn't tell us what was wrong with our water heater but just wanted to install a new one. No business cards, and they take cash only. Beware. Scam.
