I called Sentinel the day after a handyman installed my kitchen sink. I will never cut corners again by hiring anybody other than a plumber when I need that type of work. My kitchen had flooded the night before and I was in a panic. Sentinel came the very next morning really early fixed everything they were very polite. The price was great and their work was perfect it’s been about five months since they came to my house. I haven’t had a single problem, but if I ever do have a plumbing problem again I will absolutely call Sentinel plumbing.

We’re so happy someone recommended Sentinel Plumbing to us. My tankless hot water heater went out and needed to be replaced it was too old to fix. I got 2 different plumbing companies here in Las Vegas to give me a replacement estimate one was $11,300 and the other was $10,800. Sentinel Plumbing charged $4,154 for complete removal and replacing with new Rinnai rx199. I told Carlos he was my hero. So glad we found an honest plumbing company. 5 Stars

Contacted Sentinel Plumbing for a minor fix, and we are very satisfied. Carlos was speedy to answer my phone call, answered all my questions, scheduled a convenient appointment time and was promptly on-time for service.
He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue is less than 10 minutes. He was familiar with all of the design flaws of our piping system, and offered recommendations for suggested future repairs. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

Carlos and crew were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility as I tried to coordinate the replacement of my water heater while dealing with time restraints on my part. They arrived and replaced the water heater within 2hrs of my first call; could've been quicker had it not been for my other commitments. Highly recommend.

Very rude staff. When trying to speak with them over the phone they had nothing to say about the way the employees were acting on the job just not listening to me explain what was going on. Overall shook with the way these guys think its ok to act towards their clients and will never be recomending or using this service again.

Not positive about their plumbing abilities but the driver with the ducky19 license plate has NO patience. We were out early looking for our missing dog and slowed down a smidge on horse road. We slowed down thinking They were trying to be nice and let us know something was wrong with our vehicle because he felt the need to honk; nope...just raced ahead of us to stop at the stop sign 500 ft ahead 🙄.

Phil was very professional and able to explain a lot to someone who is not as versed in the trade, made sure to take the time to locate the source of the problem and apply the proper fix, and also took the time to make sure it was fixed properly. Enjoyable to talk to, and helpful. 10 out of 10 would hope to work with him on anything we may need fixed in the future. Thank you again Phil
