Our Tech Wyatt explained the process very well. Wyatt was very courteous and thorough. He did a great job!

We recently used Coit to clean our carpets in Reno. The person who cleaned the carpets told us they would be dry in 24 hours; however, the actual drying time was 96 hours. He was fast, but chipped the wall paint in several areas.

We will not use Coit in the future.

They did an amazing job for one of our clients apartment. It was in really bad shape. Prices were fair and they even came back a second day to finish up. It was suppose to be a one day project.

Just had our office tile and carpeting cleaned by Wyatt after an in-house remodel that left the place covered in white dust. He was very professional, did an excellent job and the place looks fantastic!

My property manager used Coit to clean my air ducts. The guy they sent, sorry I forgot his name, seemed very knowledgeable. Explained to me what he would be doing before he started and as he was going along. Showed me all the dirt that was sucked out of the vents. I was impressed by how much there was. He cleaned my old and dirty furnace and made sure it was working after the pilot light went out. He even fixed some of the vents as they were very bent and the floor registers wouldn't go back in easy. When he left, you couldn't tell he was here. Cleaned up and took all his trash with him. I feel better knowing I can breath better without all the dirt and mold blowing around when the AC/heat is on.

Coit Services are very responsive. They show up asap whenever needed. Day or night, Evenings or weekends. And they are very knowledgeable, experienced & professional. Highly recommended.

Took this company over a month to find the cause of the water leak, which led to mold growth. I have saved RING videos of these guys cursing me and my house for a job that should have been solved in 7-10 days. Multiple personal items destroyed in the process. Find another company and save your sanity. Unprofessional and incompetent are the best adjectives for these guys

My insurance company sent Coit out to start mold/mildew/water damage to my kitchen. Coit sent out Rudy and Giovanni and these guys were awesome. Very hard workers and fast too. I also had a problem in my guest bathroom but not covered by insurance. I called Coit and had fast estimate done by Max. He was out here one day and 2 days later they were here to start work on the bathroom. I requested Rudy and Giovanni to do the work and was excited when they showed up. I would recommend them to everyone.

These guys are fantastic! Over the years I have used them for carpets, rugs, tile, draperies, upholstery, drier vent, air dusts, blinds......they do it all. Pet stains and odors gone, they even got some 35 year old Coke bottles out of the HVAC duct system (left by the contractors that originally built the house in '83). It's never worked so good. They are my first call for ALL of the services they offer, and I recommend them every chance I get ;>)

Everyone involved from initial contact to the cleaning crews are so professional and exactly what you want when things are going bad and you need quick professional service. They made the process as painless as possible.

Website makes you think you scheduled something when it doesn’t actually schedule anything. Then when we called to schedule no one showed up at the appointed time even when we arranged our day around it. Then they called saying they were showing up at a different time without letting us know prior. Overall confusing scheduling and not very professional.

My dryer vent is cleaned out, and my tile floors look great! But I’m most impressed with my grout! I didn’t know the grout could look this clean! Thanks Coit and Wyatt Mills.

The representatives were here on time and ready to give me an estimate. They were very professional and were able to schedule an appointment in the future for their service. I was looking for someone to stretch a carpet. They provide this service! Many carpet professionals do not stretch carpets!

The tech did a great job cleaning our vents and did a thorough job. He went above and beyond by cleaning an inaccessible shelf for us. I would have him back again.

We had some water damage and mold in our garage and the insurance sent COIT out to assess and clean it up. I dealt mainly with Gabe and he was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job explaining the problem and what they were going to do to fix everything. He and his crew did an amazing job getting our house cleaned up and back in order.

Bri came out for an estimate for water damage, she explained everything thoroughly. Everything from the quote to the job was done efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend.
