This place is absolutely amazing. They took jobs that no one other cleaner would touch or even call me back on and they did it for a reasonable price. Drew is amazing and the patience to answer all my questions.
Their crew came on time and when they said they would. They did a great job each time and made it effortless.

Mark and Wyatt came to the house yesterday. They cleaned and sealed my laminate floors, slate tile floors and kitchen counter tops. They did an fantastic job! I cannot believe how much better everything looks. And it brought out all the great colors in the slate tiles. Thanks guys!

We had our ducts inspected for a free estimate of cleaning them! The team member was on time and very nice and gave us an obligation free estimate that was a bit over budget for us right now but he gave us tips on how to clean it ourselves and told us to call if we end up wanting to move forward with them! Never pushed a sale on us and was very thorough! We will be working with COIT in the future

I made an appointment for a restaurant concrete cleaning. I was told they work up until 5;00pm. So I made an appointment for a Wednesday, August 30, at 2:00pm. I had to close my business early and get everything prepped for them to come in and clean. This involved moving the whole dining area out of the way. I had no problem closing early. Wednesday rolls around. It's 2:30pm and no one has showed up. I call them and I'm told the appointment had been canceled. They couldn't tell me when or by who. I know I didn't. They also told me that the people who were scheduled for the cleaning had already gone home and wouldn't be able to go back to get it done. They offered to do it a different day with a 10% discount. I'm not willing to close early another day and lose more business because of their mistake. I'm not willing to take more of my time and employees time for them to possibly mess up again. I asked to talk to the manager. He didn't seem bothered by any of it. He offered me the same solution. 10% discount was pretty much a slap in the face and shows how much they cared about the situation. I can 100% guarantee no one from my place called to cancel the appointment. I gave them my cell phone number for all communications. If they couldn't show for the appointment, a simple phone call would have been enough to figure something out. Overall very unprofessional and unreliable. If you have a business I suggest you look elsewhere for cleaning services.

Fantastic service. Our dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned and our dryer is now operating at 100%. Will contact COIT again should the occasion arise.

In the last 4 years we've used COIT twice - once for remediation after a fire in a neighboring unit and more recently Chris and his team addressed water damage. In each case the work has been prompt, professional and the property has been left in very tidy condition. From our experience COIT in Reno deserves the good reviews they receive.

COIT was amazing and came through for us during stressful circumstances. Dekon and crew were awesome providing expert advice and communication was top notch during this process. Tremendous customer service!

Coit really came in and helped out. To start with I was having extreme difficulty with insurance and their team ended handling all insurance billing. Also when inventorying they were very accurate and left nothing out but made sure any sentimental items were set aside for me to go through. Their was two ladies who handled this and they were very thoughtful through out process. Decon my project manager never failed to return my call with in 24 hours or less. If you have been dealing with insurance this is huge as they can take a week to get back to you. Also he always provided answers to my questions and if he could not got back to me quickly with an answer.
Loosing everything in a house fire is a life changing experience and not in a good way but these guys really helped the start over process move along.

We love Coit! After our master bath shower failed and flooded our basement we were in need of a big fix-it team. Everyone we worked with was super friendly, comforting, knowledgable, and understanding - you couldn't ask for better service. They came out to assess the damage and the next thing we knew we had a crew of people to restore our home back to normal. Everything was coordinated and done efficiently and with superior craftsmanship. Every question I had (which I'm SURE were many) was answered and we were able to complete the job safely. Wyatt was very pleasant and did a great job! My carpet looks so good and smells great after! (Love the banana taffy fragrance). He was very helpful and accommodating, even helped to move a few things out of the way for me. Thank you so much!

We contacted so many different companies that refused to try to solve the actual problem we faced. Our tech not only listened to us and took steps to address our problem, but was super helpful in troubleshooting even when the problem was not something in our vents, as we had initially suspected. He was so very helpful and friendly, which was a huge breath of fresh air. Not to mention, he was able to clean our carpets while he was here. We will absolutely be using COIT again in the future.

Wyatt is amazing! He did a fantasist job on the carpets and tile/grout and everything looks new again! We were short handed on moving furniture around and without missing a beat, he was shifting things around and getting the job done. Wyatt is a true professional that takes pride in his work and overall is a really nice guy! Highly recommend!

Breanna who was the team lead was very good at explaining the process and was always available to address some unexpected issues. She is very patient and provides excellent customer service to those of us being displaced .

Mold isn’t a word you want to say or hear! After this new years storm our roof was destroyed and we had water and mold damage begin in our house and garage. We have 3 little babies so I panicked and I couldn’t find a chill button within me. We called coit to come take a look and they gave us instant relief! Johnny E was the one who took care of us, from containment, to demo, to clean up etc. he was so on top of everything, texted us back when we reached out between visits. He would communicate highly with etas, was very very thorough with his work. When we needed him to speak with our insurance he jumped on it no questions asked and was just so kind and respectful and every positive word in between!

After final clean up we then moved to working with Dekon for the estimates and insurance side of things, he really made sure we felt like priority, reassured us he would take care of dealing with our insurance company if they had any questions, which he did. He called us back so quick and was so extremely nice every time we spoke.

I can’t recommend this company enough! We will be back if anything comes in the future and we will begin to use this company for HVAC cleanings and more!

Coit is awesome. Servpro was going to stick it to me to the tune of $13,000. Thankfully they weren't getting back to me and I called coit. They came in got to work immediately and it wound up costing me $2,000 out of pocket and the insurance company had to pay $14,000.
