Electrical reviews in Reno, Nevada

If you're calling someone other than Crag, you've already gone wrong. He is the kindest, most professional electrician in Reno. Possibly the world. He answered right when I called and helped fix our electrical emergency same day. I almost don't want to share him, but he's too good to keep to myself.

It was a simple fix, but Craig stayed and made sure the work I had done myself was safe and educated me on a couple of things. He also came out on a Saturday. Would definitely call again, if I need any electrical repairs.

Recently purchased in the area and have had multiple electricians out to the home. So far Craig has been the most thorough in his assessment. Other outfits overlooked potential issues but Craig was able to find things that 'could' be remedied. That having been said he was also able to provide a balanced point of view concerning when and if I 'should' do certain things. He provided an itemized quote and did not even charge a call out. So far this has been the best experience in the area and I would definitely recommend Craig at DC electrical over the competition.

Excellent service, great pricing, and high quality installation. Craig and his team were great!

Highly recommend this first rate company! Unparalleled responsiveness and customer service. My issue was small yet Craig treated me like a major customer. He made sure I understood everything. Issue resolved !

After a few frustrating experiences with other companies, we found DC Electrical, and we couldn’t be more pleased! From their quick response to scheduling an appointment within a month, the entire process was smooth. Sean, the electrician who handled our Tesla charge port installation, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind and professional. We are very satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend DC Electrical for anyone in need of their services. Thank you so much!

Craig came out to move my malfunctioning water heater breaker to incorporate it into the main electrical panel of my very old house. It was the smoothest contractor interaction I have ever had by far. He assessed the situation quickly and accurately, provided an estimate, and scheduled it for the next business day. He communicated clearly, was on time, and worked efficiently. I have hot water again! It was drama and confusion free. The bill matched the very reasonable estimate, no add-ons or surprises.

I have used DC Electrical Corp on 3 separate occasions & they have always been extremely responsive, punctual & professional in their service! I highly recommend their services!

Craig and Sean are the best. I use them for two homes, and my businesses in Reno Nevada. Always reliable. Always do the best work.

I had an electrical issue and came across dc electric online. Craig answered right away and was able to walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone which solved our issue. Craig was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I will absolutely be choosing Dc electric in the future. Thank you Craig.

D.C. Electrical was very professional and did a great job. Communication was great and they did the job on time and as quoted. I would hire them again for any electrical work.

Craig and Sean are great! I've had them do work on my house multiple times and they show up when they say they will, are pleasant to be around, tell you exactly what they're doing and why, and do the job professionally. Full endorsement from me.

Called Craig on 1-9-26. Left him a detailed message about the panel upgrade I wanted, what I had now, and where I lived. It's now six days later, and I never got a callback. If he didn't want the work, or didn't have time for it right now, he should have called to let me know. Rude and unprofessional. I will go elsewhere for the work.

Craig and Sean were great to work with. On time, friendly, finished the job sooner than I anticipated, and cleaned up nicely. I definitely recommend D.C. Electrical

From the start, Craig was responsive and kind. Craig and Sean installed our Tesla Wall Connector within a week of our first call. Great job all around! We would highly recommend the D C Electrical team!

DC Electrical did an excellent job installing our Tesla Wall Connector! Craig and Sean were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented—relocating breakers to free up space, running a 60-amp 240V circuit, and using 3/4" EMT conduit in the garage. They also accommodated my 6/3 wire upgrade for future-proofing. Clean, precise, and top-notch work. Highly recommend! ⚡🚗

These guys were an absolute delight to work with and I cannot say enough good things about DC Electrical.

I originally had called some handymen to come install 5 ceiling fans as we had just moved into our house back in April and were ready to upgrade the house. Almost two hours in and no fans installed, the handymen kept claiming that there was an issue with the drywall on the ceiling, and as a result had a ton of holes in one of my rooms due to their incompetence.

I called up Craig and he gave me some very much needed reassurance that if he and Sean came out, it'd be installed with no issues. They completely lived up to my expectations and more. Craig and Sean were able to install all five fans in two hours...all while not once complaining about the house being the problem instead of them!

In addition to their work, Craig has some top notch customer service skills. I again cannot say enough good things about him, about Sean, and about the company in general. I will definitely be referring to this company for upcoming work for a Level 2 charger install as well as an outdoor fan install w/no pre-wiring. These guys have my absolute trust.

Thanks DC Electrical!

I used Craig and his team at DC Electrical to install two Tesla Wall Connectors at my home. They were friendly and very responsive through the whole process. They visited my home to understand what would be needed and quote the job. The next day they were onsite doing the install. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of work. Will use them again for future electrical work!

DC Electrical did an amazing job. They were friendly, timely and very tidy. Craig and Sean did a wonderful job installing our light fixtures and adding outlets in a few places we needed them.

Had an amazing experience with DC Electric. Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to diagnose all my problems and fix them. Everything's working great thank you Chris.

Craig was a blessing. He was kind enough to give alternative suggestions, on a Saturday, so we wouldn't have to have the over expensive rate that would be charged. We are so thankful and happy to recommend him for all electrical services.
