I am very impressed by this company so far. We've only had 1 cleaning so far, but even before the cleaning, I was impressed. Communication was great from the second I entered my information on their website. Checklists of what each services covers were readily available. You can even do a quote on your own on their site, but what I was quoted on there, vs how much I paid was impressive too. I paid less!
The deep clean we had done was done very well, and the two people that came to work do it were very friendly, and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company!

We have had great experience with this company! Recently moved to town and searched for a reliable and reasonable cleaning service to come to our house a couple times a month. Robin has been fantastic! Highly recommend! Noah and Shay have also been extremely helpful with scheduling services and payments. Would absolutely recommend!

Giving three stars due to friendly attitude from staff and some of the services/expectations being provided and met however, several areas in my home were not serviced per the check list provided by Two Maids upon arrival. I am disappointed to say the least. We requested a deep clean per their suggestion - as this was our first time ever using a house cleaning service. I spent a lot of time researching and was very hesitant due to this exact reason (trial and error). Again, the initial encounter was friendly but for the price and per the check list provided by Two Maids I was left dissatisfied.

We booked a deep clean & were so impressed. I got home and our apartment smelled so good! Destiny & Despi did such an amazing job. I've never seen our oven & cabinets so clean. They got so much done and were so quick. Not just the big stuff but small details I didn't expect. They got the gunk off our remote that we haven't been able to remove for years. They also found a way to hang out electric toothbrush cords in a better, cleaner way than we had ever considered. So happy to have booked!

Always have Robin come and clean my place. She is amazing and always does a thorough job cleaning. Extremely sweet and is very careful with my pets as well. Would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Two Maids needing household cleaning with just 3 days notice. They responded to my email immediately, and got the request to the local office within minutes. By the next morning we were confirmed for service the next day.

On day of service, the cleaners contacted me to let me know their ETA within the 2-hr window provided. The two women arrived smiling and friendly, a sign they'd be good to work with. After I showed them around, they set to work immediately. They were efficient and needed no supervision. I let them do their work but we continued our friendly and even joking communication throughout the day.

Both of the women were exceptionally nice humans to be around, and both very good at what they do. The next time I can arrange cleaning, I will definitely contact Two Maids for the job, and will definitely request that they send this same team.

Robin is great! She clearly communicates her schedule, is warm and friendly, and does an excellent job cleaning our house! We have also had a consistently good experience with the Two Maids managing staff. I recommend their services for families in the Reno/Sparks area!

We love the woman who cleans our house, Ms. Robin. She is thorough and meticulous. You can tell she really cares about getting the job done right and has high standards for her cleanings. She is also excellent at communicating if there is a change in plans, which is very rare, as she consistently shows up. We are lucky to have her.

This is a great company. I've had other housekeepers and no one has ever cleaned my house so thoroughly! The ladies are so nice and do a bit extra when asked.

Robin is amazing! She is friendly and thorough! She works with us to navigate making sure our dogs are out of the way, and she has been extraordinarily patient on the occasions that they’ve gotten out of their sequestered room to greet her! My wife and I adore Robin, and we are so grateful for the incredible job she does in cleaning our home!

Leah was exceptional. The detail in our kitchen cleaning was awesome and the rest of the house matched. No dust, crumbs, or floor scuffs remained after years in this house without a professional cleaning. She went out of her way to finish the job in a major blizzard, we would recommend her and two maids to anyone.
