I will be contacting police on your workers why are you coming to apartment complex at 4 in morning digging in the trash waking people up come at normal business time

Another company truck with their decal on the doors that crossed double white lines to avoid traffic and then later to avoid the toll. Sets a bad example for the actual work they might do.

Wastexperts scavengers' woke up an entire apartment complex--including sick children and swing-shift workers--at 6:00 a.m. with their truck back-up alarm blasting to dig through our recycling bins. Illegal and disrespectful, not to mention a direct violation of San Ramon noise ordinance 3.10.2.

Wastexperts is amazing. Whether you are trying to help the environment with their services, cut your costs by avoiding costly fines for bad audits by your waste company or excessive trash/recycle/compost dumps, or you simply need to clear out some large items/appliances cluttering up your garage. Very professional!

The service is great, Alicia West can suck it up and needs to understand that this isn't illegal service, plus if the residents of the complex knew how to recycle and toss all their trash in their bins, they wouldn't need our service. And Jesse Morales was a great worker but he would always show up late or not show up, the hours were too much for him and he is just taking out his anger in a unproductive way, I know this because my husband has worked there for 2 years and he says its hard work and not for everyone, but what we do is best for all. Thanks Wastexperts for keeping my community clean.

Randall does an exceptional job of separating the trash and recycling as well as keeping the enclosures at my property in Reno, NV cleaned and organized. He has a great work ethic. Thank you!

My complex hired these guys last year and from the start, they've been an issue. Constantly showing up at early hours in the morning, not caring how loud they're being and constantly waking up myself and my neighbors. They had been quiet for a while (after multiple phone calls) but after the past few days, they've returned and waking us all up. I understand the service they provide, but there's no need for them to show up at 5am and bang.

UPDATE: I have now since changed my rating from a 1 to a 4, as the company has since changed their ways and now have people show up at a reasonable time.

Called for a service appointment on a Wednesday and was scheduled for Friday @ 3:00. Ryan called and asked if he could come over early which worked out perfectly. When he arrived he was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do. He had the dryer vent cleaned with a couple of extra fixes in no time. I would recommend him to anyone that would need his services. I also signed up for his yearly/bi-yearly cleaning plan.

Ryan just left our home and likely saved us from a house fire. Our Dryer was full of lint because our vent was clogged which causes everything to blow back into the dryer itself.
Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He did an amazing job.
We will be using Ryan in the future to keep our dryer working and making sure our vent stays clean.

Ryan was amazing, I will definitely hire him each year for our vent cleanings. He was very communicative, professional, and timely! Once he was here at our new home to fully assess the situation, he was knowledgable while explaining the problems (with photos!) and describing the best way to fix them and why. He was clean and respectful and all around kind. The work was phenomenal and at a fair price.

Ryan was polite, honest, and efficient! He took the time to explain everything that was needed and show pictures of the condition of the vents before he cleaned them, which definitely went to show how much we needed his services! Would HIGHLY recommend!

If I could give this company made 10 stars, I would. I was smelling a burning odor and my dryer kept saying "Check dryer vent". I called Ryan and made an appointment. He called me about a 1/2 hour before he was due and asked if he could come early. He showed up about 5 minutes later and took one look at the dryer vent access and proceeded to let me know what needed to be done. He explained the process, what the cost would be and he didn't treat me like a silly woman. He was polite, considerate and very knowledgeable about his business, which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend All Star Dryer Vent Cleaning and Ryan Riley. You can trust him to be honest!

I called Ryan to fix a problem with my dryer vent. A local company wanted to make it a major repair and charge a lot to do it! Ryan happened to be at a call nearby and was at my house within a half hour. He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem, cleaned out my dryer vent AND even replaced the vent cover! If I hadn't been due to leave, he also would have inspected the dryer and vent inside the house. His price was less than half the other company. He was honest and thorough and really went above and beyond! I will DEFINITELY call Ryan again for any service or repairs on my dryer!!!
