Ryan was honest, punctual, and professional. My dryer conveniently stopped working when he showed up, but he quickly knew what was wrong and took care of it. He is an expert at what he does and follows through with his word. I would highly recommend him to others.

Ryan was absolutly amazing! Not only did he take our call after hours he showed up the next day and solved our problem in less than 30 min. He was encredibly knowledgable and answered every question I threw at him. Being a first time home owner, that knowledge was invaluable. I cannot recommend him enough.

I had an excellent experience with Ryan, the owner of All Star Dryer Vent, for a dryer vent clean-out. From scheduling to completion, everything was smooth and professional. Ryan arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and showed me before-and-after photos of the vent — I was shocked at how much lint had built up!

Not only did they do a thorough job, but they were also respectful of my home, and cleaned up completely afterward. I noticed my dryer is working more efficiently now, and it feels great knowing there’s less fire risk.

Ryan is very knowledgeable and professional. I just had my dryer serviced as components in the dryer were worn out because my dryer would take three hours to dry one load of laundry. My dryer was also full of lint because it did not have proper ventilation.

I called All Star out to clean my vents and Ryan let me know that my condo had the wrong outside vent installed when it was built. I asked him to replace the outside vent with the proper vent and he cleaned out the vent shaft. Now my dryer takes LESS THAN AN HOUR to dry a load of laundry. Insane difference!

I wish I had called All Star out sooner to fix this issue that the building inspector and my HOA missed.

Be advised Reno Rock adds a 3.9% charge if you use a debit card. This is actually an illegal charge. (See Durbin amendment of 2010). I called this out to the management and he said “see you in court”. I could file a complaint with the attorney general.
