Harvey does an outstanding pool service at The Knolls! He keeps the pool sparkling clean!

ASP of reno has been an absolutely wonderful service for my pool for the past three summers. The previous two services that treated and cleaned my pool left it in horrible conditions and with the first maintenance that ASP gave my pool it was suddenly clean and clear and has remained that way every year since. Fidel, has been responsible for weekly maintaining the pool ever since and I cant speak highly enough of his service and attention to detail. What a wonderful employee Miguel has in this young man. I hope that this review affords Fidel the bonus he well deserves.

We really like these guys! You’ll find them to be incredibly responsive and 100% reliable! From weekly pool chem/salt checks and addressing unpredictable issues (including cover issues) the service is exceptional!

Miguel did extensive work on my pool. He filled it in to reduce the depth, installed a new liner, and replaced some old broken down pool equipment.

All of his work has been top notch and he’s an absolute professional.

He has maintained our pool in superb working condition ever since and we’re very satisfied. I highly recommend them to anybody in the Reno area looking for top-notch service.

I had a few issues with my pool heater not working and making a lot of noise after the pool being opened for the spring. I emailed ASP about the issues, they said they are very booked right now with all the pool openings they have scheduled, but they would try to come out as soon as they could. JP from ASP showed up a day later and got everything running great! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. ASP also does my monthly pool and spa maintenance and are great at that also. Would definitely recommend!

I'm new to pool ownership. Last year I had a competitor doing my pool and he "winterized" it. What a mess. James with ASP came out many times to correct my problems. Did a fantastic job, communicated throughout the clean up/open. Pool looks great.

ASP was a lifesaver for Red’s Old 395 Grill! As the GM, I was struggling to get our water feature up and running, but ASP came to the rescue when no one else could help. Miguel from ASP not only took care of our water feature needs but also got meter water feature look rustic just how we asked. I bought a house with a 20 year old inground tub that had not been working for several years. Miguel and his crew cleaned it up and got it running. They have taken care of me in the past six years, keeping the old system up and running. Two thumbs up.

I've owned our home for 26 years here in Reno. It came with a fiberglass pool. My regular pool guy retired a few years ago and I have not found a good replacement until now. I fight with the oxidation every year. I inquired about having a acid wash done that would really clean up the pool. Tommy and JP were here yesterday, and this was the first time I had ever tried it. They worked their tails off and the pool looks like it is nearly new! Never have a met a person more knowledgeable than Tommy about pools and equipment!

I HAD ASP REPLACE MY IN THE GROUND SWIMMING POOL'S SAND FILTER AND UPGRADE THE PLUMBING IN MY PUMP HOUSE. THIS COMPANY DEMONSTRATED OUTSTANDING CLEAR COMMUNICATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE,AND WORKMANSHIP. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES THAT I RECIEVED. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS PUNCTUAL,HIGHLY SKILLED,COMPETENT, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAD QUESTIONS ON USING THE NEW EQUIPMENT AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS PATIENT AND CLEAR ON DETAILS THAT I NEEDED TO KNOW IN ORDER TO BEST CARE FOR AND OPERATE MY NEW EQUIPMENT. THEY WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB FOR LESS THAN THE ORIGINAL QUOTE WHICH WAS A RESONABLE QUOTE .THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT TO UPSELL.I WILL GLADLY RECOMMEND ASP TO ANYONE IN NEED OF PROFESSIONAL WORK ON THEIR POOL SYSTEM.

ASP-Americas Swimming Pool.

We have an in-ground swimming pool and our pump went out. We contacted a local pool service. After going around and around for three weeks, our pump was never fixed with several no call no shows! That was enough for me.

I contacted ASP Pools later that day and was told someone would call me back in the morning. The next morning, I received a call from Miguel with ASP Pools. Within 30 minutes he was at my house to see what was going on with our pump. He diagnosed the problem and explained to us in detail what was wrong.

Less than an hour after Miguel left our house, we had a detailed estimate with photos in my email. I approved the work (very reasonable pricing) and was told the parts would be in within a day or two, and they would be here on Friday to fix the pump.

ASP Pools showed up a day early (which was amazing) with the correct parts and the technician fixed the pump! The technician even cleaned a couple things that he did not have to clean. That shows me ASP Pools takes pride in their work and their technicians are highly trained and happy with the quality of work they provide.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with ASP Pools. Miguel and the technician.(I feel horrible I don’t remember his name) are amazing people!

I will never call anyone else to service our pool! With everything going on in the world today, it was so nice to work with a business that treats their customers with respect and does quality work!!!

Miguel is an absolutely wonderful person and business owner! He got right back with me on the phone and took a lot of time to explain the ins and outs of ASP and getting me into rotation. Jerry, one of his techs, came out and did a pool inspection before I purchased a home. These folks are very responsive and caring. I look foward to having them handle my pool services.

They’re good at what they do and always on time, which I really appreciate. However, communication with customers could definitely be improved. It’s understandable that things take time, but it would be nice if they followed up or acknowledged requests. Too often, you end up having to figure things out on your own.

ASP is great to work with. Phil in Maintenance and Johanna in Scheduling were very efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company

ASP has been fantastic. We moved into our home at the end of the summer and they helped us get our pool completely dialed in, so we could enjoy it through October. They are extremely responsive and helpful - they’ve even answered text message questions after hours on a Friday! I couldn’t ask for a better pool service.

Phil King was very helpful in assisting our decision to heat our pool after losing geothermal service. He recommended a heat pump which, after careful investigation on our part, turned out to be the most economical and pragmatic solution. His promptness in offering estimates on the cost was surpassed only by his efficiency in ordering the unit in and installing it soon after it arrived. Very impressive service as well as friendliness. Highly recommend ASP for swimming pool needs in Reno/Sparks.
