We have Justin E. servicing our pool. He has been doing a fantastic job and we are extremely happy with his work. He continually goes the extra mile to insure our pool is properly functioning.

The process is the same for each of us…. Every spa and/or pool owner has scoured both the internet and multiple friend’s contact lists, searching for top-tier service providers, maintainers and product resources, in the Reno/Tahoe area. These searches yield conversations about the quality of services & products vs the price to acquire & maintain said services & products. A home spa is purchased primarily for relaxation and reduction of stress. America’s Swimming Pool Company in Reno NV, represents all the above and more.

This is a review about the exceptional service we’ve received from ASP. About a year ago, my wife and I purchased a home, which included a nice spa system. The Spa was maintained to the letter and over the past many months, the components have begun to let go. Tommy of ASP came out to our home and delivered a five-star experience (evaluation + service plan), along with the news that key electrical components had begun to fail. Tommy and the ASP team took on an exhaustive process to search for and find the correct components, required to help us make the most informed set of decisions, for a long-range spa maintenance plan. Tommy’s experience & knowledge saved us from making any potential missteps and his positive energy and great vibe made our day.

Woiw!! I contacted ASP as last season was ending. The business that I was using had changed my pool pump motor and switched the filter media from sand to crushed glass had had no success in ridding the pool of a cloudiness in the water. ASP came out and checked the chemicals – which were fine. The young man who was the tech tried everything he could but to no avail – every time the filter was turned on the cloudiness reappeared. At the end of last season the water did clear to a very noticeable degree – but I was done (maybe it was the heat and no pool to swim in).
ASP closed my pool and this season they started full service last week… Everyone I have dealt with as ASP has been friendly, helpful, informative, and professional. In two weeks the remaining cloudiness is gone now and I am looking forward to the refreshing use of my pool. I recommend ASP wholeheartedly.

I can't say enough about this company. Johnna is great to talk to and technician Phil is amazing! Went way above and beyond to fix my brand new pool heater when another company wouldn't. I fired them and will definitely be using ASP!!

ASP provides excellent and professional service for the Silverland Inn & Suites indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Always punctual, attentive, and personable, the staff are highly capable at performing all of our pool maintenance requirements. We've tried and used other companies before but ASP is far superior and we would recommend them to anyone.

We see our pool person couple time a week at our Riverside pool. Harvey is always friendly and helpful, Cleaning and service has always met or needs with clear and sparkling water. With Harvey in charge, He has done a great job fighting the cottonwood. Making our pool time pleasant and clean.

Came here just to say that Phillip and his team at ASP Reno have been phenomenal to work with. I have worked with the other big installers in town and the service I have received here is several bars above the rest. The pricing for services and installation is very good which is quite nice to see in this industry. However, the communication and customer service is really where ASP stands out. I have switched from Robert Allen to ASP due to my interactions with Phillip. He has been a rockstar and I genuinely feel that he cares about his work and cares about customer satisfaction. It is a breath of fresh air to get this level of customer support and I am very thankful Phillip and his team are here in the Reno area.
I fully recommend ASP and Phillip without hesitation.

Harvey maintains our community pool beautifully and diligently.
The water is crystal clear, always the perfect temperature and never smells or feels like chlorine.
He is friendly, too, happily answering all of the children’s questions about what he is doing and why.

So far they have been wonderful for my community. They are doing a great job and were able to start the next day. We are brand new and not open yet but our pool is gorgeous. Well it has been a few months and we are still happy.

Dear ASP, We are so happy that you have Kerri clean our pool weekly. She knew we had grandkids were visiting so she was careful about chemical additions on their last day here! After almost 15 months of wanting to throw my hands in the air because my spa would not work properly and giving others thousands of dollars to help me, I was rescued by ASP in a one hours visit and one hour consultation as they determined the equipment that I needed and the treatment for the spa that had alluded everyone else. I went from leakage and spills to a beautiful unit that is working perfectly. I could not be more thrilled with the ASP team, especially Phillip who made it all happen.

When I say HIGHLY recommended it’s with 10 Stars. If you have any issues whatsoever with your pool, your Jacuzzi your spa I’d say this is the company to go to. And now they are my on going services team too!

Phillip and the team at ASP Pools were quick to get back to me… I had many complex issues with my pool. They were efficient in their inspections, listened to my concerns, and provided timely and reasonable quotes for my repairs. I fell I can trust them to be fair, and thorough in their work.

ASP is absolutely the most do it all pool company in all of Northern Nevada. Most pool companies in RENO and Sparks are strictly pool builders, these companies do not, offer maintenance or pool services. I had a leak in our in ground pool, we called every pool company in RENO and Sparks to find someone who could locate the leak and repair it. Only one pool company agreed to come and take a look and try to make the repairs. He was here for about an hour, said he couldn’t find where the leak was and said he would come back tomorrow and we never heard from this guy again? This went on every year for four years, not one pool company in RENO or Sparks was interested in looking for the leak in our pool until we found ASP. After four years.of being unable to use our pool because of a leak, ASP came to our home, found the leak and made the repairs in less than an hour.? if you have an in ground pool That you’re having issues with, save your time and money and go to the only pool company in Northern Nevada. that can get you up and running in record time and with absolutely the best technicians in the industry.
