The pool business that had installed the liner on my above-ground Doughboy in the past turned me down on installing a new one because the side walls were dented. I hadn't used the pool in three years.

I Googled and found ASP, and Miguel, the owner, returned my voice message very quickly, was extremely courteous, and even though his schedule was slammed, came out within a few days to check my pool and give me an estimate.

He followed through in a timely manner, showed up on time to do prep work, returned the next day to install the liner, did a superb installation job, and returned the following day to check on everything.

I highly recommend him!

We purchased a home with a pool just over three years ago. The first year we tried to maintain the pool ourselves with the help of a pool supply store and ended up spending money on products and devices, many of which were not necessary, and we still had problems. The second year we used a really nice guy who sometimes came and sometimes did not. His fees were so so but there were surprises although we came out better than year one. He moved out of state and we found ASP through a referral. We've used them for about a year and are extremely happy. Overall, the bills are lower, consistent and the pool has never looked better. The technicians come on a regular basis, send reports on all those things that evidently we need to know and there are no surprises as to cost. y questions I have are answered promply with specific information. The techs are pleasant, efficient, and have made the pool a pleasure instead of a burden

After years of wasting tens of thousands of dollars with another local company, we wished we found ASP sooner. Miguel is highly professional and the quality of service he and his team provide in nothing short of outstanding. Since he has taken over our service, our maintenance costs have come down, our equipment is working, and our pool has never looked better.

We have been using ASP for over 3 years now and they are OUTSTANDING. I had my expectations for what quality pool service was and they went above and beyond! They send you a picture and report after every pool cleaning so you know exactly was was done and that they actually showed up to clean. We had a prior pool company where the pool guy would say he cleaned but never actually showed up. This company has great accountability. They were always responsive via email whenever I had any issues or questions and it was never more than a day for a response. These are the guys to go to when looking for quality pool service!!

It’s nice to find a pool company who provides you with pictures and gives you a chemical report after each service they perform on your pool. The owner, Miguel Macias, is a pleasure to work with. He and his crew are very professional as well. Besides weekly pool service, they have replastered our pool as well as changed out our equipment at a fair price. We have had pools over a lifetime with many different companies when we lived in California and in Las Vegas. I can honestly say ASP of Reno are the best we have experienced. Highly recommend!
