My dryer, while not the best brand, kept giving me error messages, additionally I have a roof vent, so I know keeping my dryer exhaust pipe clean is critical. I have used a past competitor but after the last cleaning I felt taken advantage of, so I tried a new company. Ryan was quick to respond we scheduled a cleaning.

I have to say that I was impressed, he provided an estimate upfront, and it was reasonable for the services provided. Ryan said that I did not have much build-up, but apparently what was there was causing the problem as now my dryer functions perfectly and no more error messages.

I would have no hesitation to call Ryan again, he was professional, clean, and friendly. I am happy to rate Ryan 5 stars and feel you could trust him to do a great job for you.

Great customer service! Ryan explained procedures, codes and price estimates. Gave several options and was still helpful, friendly and completed the option chosen with a smile! Even though it wasn’t the first most expensive option. Will definitely use All Star Dryer for future cleaning and eventually schedule an upgrade to our system. Thanks Ryan!

Ryan did a great job. He was very professional and explained each step. There was no upselling he was honest about what needed or did not need to be done. It was very refreshing to have someone tell you, this is fine. Check it again in a couple of years. Really nice to have someone you can trust!

Ryan is not only great at what he does but is also very personable! He gave us an entire simplified breakdown of the service that he provided and showed up on time with everything on hand to complete the service. Ryan was outstanding! He discovered a defect in my dryer venting design from when the home was built. He customized my venting system that not only corrected the problem but made the entire run of vent pipe more efficient and easier to clean in the future. Ryan kept me informed of his arrival time, was professional and courteous, and meticulous in cleaning our dryer. 100% recommended! We could not have asked for better service and his pricing was very reasonable for all the work performed.

Riley came over to clean out our (8 year old, never serviced) dryer vent. After crawling around in our attic for a while, he declared that our vent did not need cleaning. Amazing and super honest. Had him clean the lint filters and he was on his way. Can't recommend him enough!

Ryan is awesome! He is so knowledgeable and will be honest and upfront about what you need. He discovered a contractor error from 13 years ago that we had no idea was there. He took photos and explained thoroughly the issue as well as his solution which he was able to do on the spot even though we only scheduled a vent cleaning that day. One of the best house services I have experienced. I called Ryan and he was there right away. He spent the time, provided recommendations for things that I could add and did not pressure on anything. He was professional and provided expert service. Prices were reasonable without any sticker shock. He even took the time to adjust my dryer door so it opened up making it easier to transfer over laundry from the washer. I would highly recommend using this company.

After posting our review, Ryan finally contacted us and quickly completed the job to our satisfaction. Although we experienced some frustration, we feel he did an outstanding job and would now recommend him.
Paid $179 for a dryer vent that Ryan needed to order back on 7/19/24. He said in 2 weeks he would have our part and come back to install. No word, so contacted him in August, and he said he had our part and would come 8/19 or 8/20 to install. We still haven't seen him or our dryer vent. He has not answered our calls, voice mail or email. It is a shame because Ryan seemed so professional and knowledgeable, just does not know how to complete a job he was already paid in advance to do.

I was having issues with my dryer. I was told it was the vent from my dryer to outside. Ryan came and was so nice and knowledgeable about the process. There was a chance I would have to call another company to fix the vent on the roof but Ryan came and took video of what he could and set me up. Highly recommend!

Ryan was amazing! He gave me so much information about my dryer efficiency and the things that were affecting it. He showed me before pictures of what he was doing and the after pictures. He was very thorough with the work he did and I am very happy we asked home to come out. After all of the changes he mad, my drying times were cut in half if not more. On top of that he was professional and friendly. I highly recommend his services.
