I would recommend Evergreen Carpet Care for carpet cleaning. We had very deep pet stains and Shane and Devon did a great job of getting most of them to disappear. The really bad stains were made much lighter. Shane and Devon were respectful and very nice young men. All in all very happy with the results. Thank you!

Jordan did a great job of cleaning all the carpets in our house. He was friendly and personable. He even managed to clean an area rug that I had written off as unsalvageable. I'll definitely call again the next time I need the carpets cleaned

Evergreen Carpet Care got me in really quickly, and Chris was amazing. Friendly, professional, and got the job done. I had some issues with pet strains that I thought I could get myself with a rental shampooer, and boy was I wrong. I had started to think the smell would never come out, and that I’d have to replace my carpet, but Chris got it taken care of! And for less money than I was expecting! Highly recommend!

Devon did a great job on our carpet. Living room, dining room, bedroom and stairs. We haven’t had a professional cleaning in years only my occasional rug cleaning machine. What a difference! Our rugs look great.

Amazing from start to finish. They picked up our white rug and brought it back 2 weeks later so clean that it looked completely brand new. I’ve never gotten a result like that with another carpet cleaning service. The guys are all very nice too!

I just had Evergreen Carpet Care come out and José did my living room carpet the way I wanted it done, I use no chemicals in my home everything is EWG verified and all organic so my carpets need the same care and it was no problem for José and my downstairs carpet looks great.

This business provides fantastic customer service. They picked up our area rugs, cleaned and replaced them in the great room looking like new. They responded promptly and courteously to all communications. All this for an extremely reasonable price. I’m definitely using them again.

Dante and Caleb did a very professional job. They were able to remove difficult stains and were attentive to the details in making the carpet look good again.

Chris did a great job with my carpets. His communication was excellent and he was very flexible when dealing with my two crazy dogs. One of them had rolled around in skunk spray and then ran under the bed. Chris did a great job getting the smell out! I would definitely recommend Evergreen based on this experience. The price was reasonable as well.

Evergreen Carpet Care really goes the distance to make their customers happy! We have been buying packages of 4 cleanings for several years now. We typically buy a new package once a year. Chris and Dante are absolutely amazing! All of the staff are amazing. Absolutely the WORST experience ever. I confirmed the price twice the week before, as the house was empty. They sent their "super star" Spencer to my house. The first thing he did was raise the price. Once we objected, he became rude, obnoxious, and unbelievably belligerent to my wife. The absolute worst company rep ever. We had them do it as showings were the next day. NEVER EVER again. We own rentals and have never ever had such a bad experience. Do NOT use this company – there are better options.

Evergreen Carpet Care is the BEST. I will never use anyone else. They truly are experts and the treatments they use WORK! Shane came to give us an estimate, we booked a few days later, and he was on time and worked efficiently. I love how my carpets look and we have pets, who went through the puppy “accidents” phase. The bonus is…everyone I spoke with is super nice. 😊

Chris arrived on time and was very efficient. He gave us a very good price and quickly rolled up our area rugs and loaded them on his van. He worked with us and coordinated with our schedule make it convenient for us. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Chris was a very polite man and did a good job! I pointed out areas that needed a bit more attention and he gladly went back over them. He did a great job! My couch looks nearly new now! It is a very light, soft, grey color and it looks much cleaner now! The cost of cleaning my 5 seat sectional was well over $300....ouch. But I bought the couch used and it had to be cleaned. We live in Carson City, NV and the Evergreen that serves this are here came through for us! Thanks Chris!
