My rental house was so dirty that I decided to have it pressure washed before painting it. Jacob uses a Softwash process while using a soft pressure wash and the result was incredible. There was not any damage to the paint on my house. I did not need to repaint it. Thanks Jacob you saved me a lot of money. FRED
