Fantastic! We had the outside of our house washed and the windows done as well. We couldn’t believe the difference even though we didn’t think the house was dirty at all! The work was done quickly but also very thoroughly and carefully. Every detail was taken care of. Such great work and a pleasant experience. I recommend highly.

I had Pressure and Soft wash come out last week and they did an amazing job! This house hasn't been cleaned since we moved in about 8 years ago, but it looks almost brand new again! Great service at a reasonable price! I cannot recommend them enough!

Based on the existing reviews of Pressure and Soft Wash, I expected good results when I hired Jacob to pressure wash our home, clean the windows fully and clean the gutters. My expectations have been exceeded! Our home looks like it's been painted and the windows, screens and tracks are sparkling. This is one of the best investments I've made in our home in a long time, and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I very highly recommend Jacob and his company!

TL:DR Jacob, the owner, did an outstanding job, is extremely professional, prompt, sends before/after photos to show the difference, does extra work for free, and is a super nice guy.

I needed someone to pressure wash the exterior of my mom's house in preparation to put it on the market. I submitted a request for bids on Angie's List. Jacob was the first one who responded, and it was within an hour.

He was very friendly and professional over the phone and told me that he's the owner of the company and the only one who will do the work. Most importantly, it was on a Tuesday and I needed the job done that Saturday in order to line up with the other contractors I had coming. Jacob said it was no problem.

Jacob charges by square footage and had already looked up the size of my mom's house and prepared a quote for me prior to the call: $675 for a 4,140 Sq ft home. It sounded good to me, so we agreed on a 9:00am start time.

That Saturday, Jacob arrived right at 9:00am. We did a walk of the exterior and he described the work he would do. I had mentioned on the phone call that I might like for him to also pressure was the pavers that comprise the walkways and large front and back patios of the house. He said he thought he could get it all done that day, but might have to come back Monday, which was fine with me. With that, he set off to work, and I went about doing the five million other things I had to do to get the house ready for sale.

Jacob got the whole job done by 4:00 on Saturday. I was thrilled with the results! We walked the exterior and he pointed out notable spots, including three sections that he hand washed because he noticed the stucco was loose and he didn't want to risk more damage by pressure washing it.

It looked like a brand new house! This was especially clear when Jacob sent the before and after pictures. And, not only had Jacob done all the contracted work, he even pulled the all the weeds that had come up between the cracks of the pavers and he pressure washed the rocks of my parent's decorative pond (which was unfilled). He told me afterwards that he always looks for something extra to do for his clients.

When it came time to review the bill, Jacob said the house charge was a little higher than the estimate ($800 vs. $675) because of the handwashing. My parents also had years of bird poop built up from birds nesting in the house, which he took extra time to fully clean. It was work that needed to be done, so I was thrilled he did it, rather than doing a subpar job in order to come in at his estimate. He also charged $600 for the work on the pavers, which was a very fair price.

With this home sale, I only wanted to have work done that was going to give me a positive return on investment, ie the cost of the work would be less than the increased value of the sale price. With curb appeal being one of the most important factors in home sales, I'm certain that the $1,400 spent will give my mom at least a two or threefold return on investment! Thank you, Jacob!

Jacob was extremely quick with his responses and date for service. He was thoughtful of my wants, needs and my budget. On day of service he was punctual and thorough. I would recommend and I will be using Pressure and Soft Wash again.

After having a different company cancel 3 separate appointments and then never showed up to the appointment they rescheduled I reached out to Jacob. He came out that same day to see what I needed done, gave me a very reasonable quote and was back 2 days later to do the job. He was very respectful of our property, took videos of all the gunk in our gutters, and did an awesome job cleaning them out. Jacob is a very professional, nice guy and I look forward to having him out again.

Had Jacob come out and wash my folks house. Very professional and courteous. Was on time and did more than he estimated. Even cleaned out a clogged rain gutter and removed many wasp nests at no extra charge. I would recommend his service.

I contacted Pressure and Softwash Reno to clean my house & back patio here in Carson City, The experience from start to finish was top notch. Within minutes of sending my email query on their website, I received a phone call from Jacob.

I explained what I needed & we set up a time for him to come by & provide a quote. He showed up on time for the appt., was very friendly, explained thoroughly what he would do, provided me with a verbal quote on the spot & that quote was more than reasonable for the work involved. I scheduled the work to be done right then. A few hours later I received the written quote via text that matched up 100% with the verbal one.

Jacob showed up promptly at the scheduled time to do the work which I very much appreciated as there is nothing worse that sitting around wondering if someone is going to show up to do scheduled work or not.

He did everything that he said he would do & the results are spectacular! I had egg stains on my house in a few spots from a few months back when my house was egged, and with all the smoke we've had over the past 2 summers, the stucco was dirty & dusty & everything just looked less than it should. My house & patio are now sparkling clean, all egg stains are gone & my stucco looks as if it's been freshly painted. I am very happy with the results & am in love with my house again all thanks to Jacob.

I plan on being a regular customer of Pressure and Softwash & I will be calling Jacob again when its time to shine everything up in the spring. He is a great guy....a hard worker.....does what he says he's going to do....and strives to ensure that you are happy with the results.

Jacob and his graffiti removal are on point! Our metal container had been badly tagged with graffiti on all 4 sides. It wasn't only on the paint on the container but the vinyl as well. Jacob was careful and was able to remove all of the graffiti! Very responsive, fairly priced, showed up when he said he would! We will definitely refer him and use him again should the need arise.

Jake is very helpful and professional. Me and my husband are very happy with his service. Quality work and customer satisfaction is their top priority. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. The house came out great.

Highly recommend. Jacob did an amazing job. He treated the concrete and scraped off excess build up prior to pressure washing. The stairs and sidewalks look new again after continuous use over 2 years. I have now setup a routine washing with Pressure and Softwash

Jacob was efficient, thorough, on time and worked his tail off to ensure our gutters were sparkling and our driveway was clean. We had a tough job with a home we purchased and he got it all done at a reasonable price. We will be using him again soon to seal our driveway. Jacob can do many things and do them well!

Excellent job these guys did! Highly recommend using Pressure and Softwash . If you are like me, I read the reviews and that’s a major deciding factor for me. And the reviews were proven! First I like the fact that Jacob came out to my house to look at everything and explain the process. Everyone else I've called in Reno quoted me over the phone by looking up my address and a satellite image. This house is 5000 square feet and has a ceramic tile roof that’s at least 40- feet high so this was no easy task. My roof was literally black when they started. These guys did a process called softwash and restored it back to it natural color. I like the fact they knew exactly how to walk on these tiles without breaking any as well as taking before and after pictures. Very professional company and very pleased with the outcome. It can be a daunting decision when choosing the right company for the right job. I’m so glad I picked Pressure and Softwash!Thanks guys! Great job!

Wow, I am very impressed! I got a free estimate on the same day, very good price! They were able to squeeze us in during very busy holiday season within only a few days! Then they showed up right on the dot of an agreed time and within 3.5 hours I had shiny windows inside and out! They washed and dried all screens as well, made them look like new! 2 story 2,800 sq feet house was done in an efficient, professional, systematic manner! Scott and Robert were very humble, friendly, professional, and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely use their services again!!! I really recommend!

Was remodeling my house and the only thing I had left was to clean the carpets, unfortunately we had a little dog not the one in the picture that I was trying to House train, as you can see. Didn’t work in the before picture. Very very happy.
