I've only used them twice, but both times I had to contact them to see if my items were done (which they were) even though I specifically asked to be contacted when my items were done (on the second time).

Peerless cleaners are friendly and did a good job on my dry cleaning items. Linda was very nice and helpful. 👍

I brought jeans in with a stain and they assured me they could get it out and when I picked them up the stain was still there and no note for it to even be removed. Also the WORST starching job I’ve ever seen. They just fold them on a hanger.

What horrible and unfriendly service, especially from Management and ownership. An awful representation for businesses in Reno. We WERE a large customer, but never again after being treated in the most unprofessional way today. Good Luck. If I could give negative stars I would.

Nice staff and they seem to be pretty fast. Never had any issues over the year that I have been using them. They claim to use more eco friendly cleaning methods so that's a plus.

The people at this place are very nasty, short and unpleasant. I hate to write a review that says negative things about a small business because I know how hard it is to run one. But I think that the company should do some rethinking about their company attitude. The cleaning that they did for me was fine. But I suggest going down the street to Pristine. They are super friendly and helpful.

#2 When you see FIVE one * reviews out of 16 (now 6 out of 17), that'll tell you something.
#3 This company looked me in the eye and said they were not responsible for ruining my beautiful Italian made cashmere & fur coat (purchased at a Carmel, CA boutique). Burnt (?) lines cover the front and back of the coat (not there when I gave it to them). I am sending it to an independent testing lab to confirm the damage and what caused it but other local dry cleaners have confirmed it is ruined and that over stuffing the machine or careless pressing or steaming may have been the cause. The real shock is that Peerless can look at this coat and deny that they did anything. Really incredible. I cannot understand how a company like this stays in business.

I love this Dry Cleaner! They are nice, not to mention they do pick up and drop off at my office included in the price of the cleaning - which is comparable to the competition. Also, they are "green" and the clothes don't smell like chemicals. How great is that?
