I HATE what this company had done! I took 3 suits to be cleaned. They gave me back 1suit had stains on it, that they ironed in. Did not notify me on the choices I had to clean it. Another suit had double creased from ironing. The 3rd was okay, because it was not damaged. Was charged 40 something for the all they had done.
WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!
VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

So we dropped off 10 shirts, they said we only dropped off 9 when we went to pick the garments up. Get home, there are 8 items. Go back to find the missing two blouses, we were charged for both blouses so we ended up paying for an extra blouse. The staff was rude and unfriendly. If you'd like to save yourself a headache go somewhere else.

Thank-you so much Maria and staff for saving a BHN company polo that I had brought from a more expensive competitor and looked like they handed it back to me out of a hamper! Wasn't the first time either. Needless to say i am now a Peerless Cleaners customer thanks to Maria and staff and their exceptional friendly and amazing service. The polo honestly looks better than brand new!!! Not sure how you guys make it look like that but WOW!!

I took a coat to Peerless to have it repaired. They kept the coat for twice the time they estimated for the work. It took so long, I just gave up on having them repair the coat, and I asked for the item back. But when I went to pick up the coat at the store where I left it, they said they didn't know where it was. I had to drive across town to the main store where I found out they were cleaning the coat, which was not a service I wanted.

New to Peerless in September. First use was excellent. I have lots of Tommy Bahama silk shirts and the next visit was absolutely as if the just pressed the shirts and the spots were just as when I dropped them. Also, I was over charged at $8.50 per shirt after calling for a TB pricing and was told $6.50...Will not return and advise others of this lack.

I've always had great service here. Everyone is friendly, the cleaning is never late and the price is reasonable. I like that they are green too. They lost a pair of pants once but they reimbursed me and then some by giving me a credit. Great business!

Have been using this cleaner since moving to Reno over 20 years ago. They have changed as needed with the times and a merger. Still keep track of my account by my name not a number, which I appreciate. I have very little stuff that needs professional cleaning, so don't go there very often. Recently, when I go drop off things and ask the clerk how much it's going to cost me, the clerk is surprised by the question and not prepared to answer. (seems like a normal thing to ask, why is he surprised?) This last time, he ended up giving me an estimate that was about half what the cost turned out to be. Ack! I suppose if I went more often, it would seem like a gradual price increase along with the inflation that is hitting everything these days. But as it is, I am aghast at how much it cost and I won't hurry back.

Took over 6 weeks to have my dress cleaned and preserved, not because that's how long it takes, but because they messed up the process twice. First attempt to pick it up it was discovered it was tagged incorrectly when dropped off, delaying processing by two weeks. I came back at the time I was told but the dress wasn't there...and I was advised the manager needed to call me. I didn't hear back from the manager so I began to freak out, it's been a month, have they lost my precious wedding dress?? When calling the manager is not available. The manager also fails at calling when promised. Finally after another week the dress showed up. The useless counter attendants was "not able" to honor a discount but said the manager would call to work things out. As expected, never heard from them again. I will never return or recommend Peerless Cleaners
TLDR; Unresponsive, mass delays, and then charged full price. -
1. They completely ruined a family heirloom dress from the 1920's-40's and knew there was a chance of ruining it with dry cleaning. They didn't call to make sure I wanted it cleaned even if there was a possibility of it getting ruined (which I absolutely would have said, don't clean it then).
2. It took me calling 3 times to actually find out where the dress was and that it even got ruined. The owner offered a $25 credit (gee... thanks).
3. They still hadn't dropped it off when they said they would and it took me calling again to find out they wanted me to come pick it up to be able to issue the credit.
4. I called again to tell them I'd like it dropped off. I received a text a week later saying that it was dropped off to my office, which it wasn't so I called AGAIN and they didn't know where it was.
5. They called back and said it will be dropped off next week. Here's to not holding my breath on whether they'll drop it off...
What a SH&! show and $25 for a priceless dress that you won't be able to ever find again. I know where I WON'T be going for dry cleaning ever again... -
I like the fact that they are certified green, and they do a pretty good job with dry cleaning and with wash/dry/fold -- but they aren't friendly. I always feel as if I'm imposing on them when I drop off or pick up my laundry. The one thing I really don't like, though, is that they don't count your clothes on the receipt -- be really careful when you drop off so that you know exactly what you're dropping off. My husband thinks he may have lost a sweater. But I can't say for sure they've lost anything, unfortunately, I didn't have anything to show either way because the number of items wasn't on the drop off ticket or the receipt.

I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and the result was awful. Buttons still dirty. Hair in the lace. The thing that surprised me the most was that the very heavy dress was hanging by the mesh sleeves and not by the garment loops, ruining the shoulder seams. This makes me believe that Norm, the owner who helped me, has no knowledge of garment care. When I complained about the terrible manner in which they cleaned and handled my dress, Norm's employee said that he worked on the dress for two hours. I was told when dropping the dress off that it would be sent out. I'm confused as to why the dress wasn't sent out to a company that knew how to clean wedding dresses. Anyway, Norm was rude and was not at all concerned with customer satisfaction as I argued that the service was certainly not worth what he was charging. With severely shaking hands and sweat on his brow, he said, "I am not going to negotiate with you". Norm, you were dead wrong. In case norm has an argument about me "becoming dissatisfied", he was fully aware that I was dissatisfied, Also, writing a review the same week I picked up the dress would not have been a good idea as I was quite emotional after finding Norm had ruined my $1500 dress. Now that some time has passed, I am able to write a review in order to warn others.

The truth is in the name Peerless (having no equal; matchless; unrivaled). This is the best dry cleaning service in town. They give quick, professional attention to your garments without using harmful chemicals. Use their service once and you'll be a repeat customer for life.

The owner was able to clean my husband’s shirt last minute and press my dress for our wedding when all other cleaners turned us down! The price was very reasonable, the owner is so sweet, and his shirt came back the whitest I’ve ever seen a dry cleaned shirt!! Definitely customers for life!

The repair of the loose stitching on my purse looks good, but now my bag smells like it sat in the house of a chainsmoker that burns incense for the 3 weeks they had it

This place told me my items would be ready yesterday. Mind you, I am here from out of town looking at homes but here a limited time. I go today, an extra day later, via Lyft, and of course, they scramble around for 15 minutes looking for my wash n fold. Only to tell me that it was sent to their other location. They never called to tell me this, and mind you, this place told me it’d be ready for pick up at the location I dropped it YESTERDAY. This place is overpriced, inconsiderate of peoples time and the most unorganized dry cleaners ive ever dealt with. STAY FAR AWAY

It's a great place to get your clothes dry cleaned. I recommend this place to anybody. They also have sewing services.

My husband and I moved to Reno nine weeks ago from Arizona for a job relocation/promotion for my husband. We built a new home in Lemmon Valley. First thing I had to do was to find a Dry Cleaners for my husband’s shirts. He’s extremely picky, likes them starched with the sleeves creased. I tried 4 Dry Cleaners before finally trying Peerless Dry Cleaners on Forest Dr. I must tell you, it takes me 19 minutes to get there but oh my gosh is it worth it!!! They do deliver, but not to Lemmon Valley. They do an absolute amazing job and they get it right the first time! I don’t have to keep reminding them. Plus they are so friendly, they know my name and always greet me. They also send you a text when your items are done. If you need a rush, they will do that too. They are NOT THE CHEAPEST, but I guarantee you they are the BEST. Please give them a try
