I run a very busy local restaurant. We get a ton of foot traffic and have an open kitchen so it is easy to say that Peg's loves Chemtrue! The owner is such a hard working reliable man who performs the cleaning himself. The prices are excellent, service dependable and I have to say I have hired several carpet companies over the years... Chemtrue is hands down the best. Locals support local!!! I wish I had before and after pictures to show you what a carpet magician he is!

I’ve tried a ton of cleaners here in Reno and Sparks... and he is by far the absolute BEST clean and the BEST price! He didn’t just get the stains clean (only to have return later) like other companies. He actually used his custom chemicals to remove every red stain and yellow stain we had in the house and then performed a deep clean after. The carpets literally look brand new! Also, the stains that he couldn’t get with chemicals, he stripped from the carpet and died it back to a perfect match (including a bleach stain we had -my fault lol.) I couldn’t be happier with the results. We found our carpet guy for sure! A new saved number in my contacts 🙌🏼

5 stars don’t even do this company justice, because they are the BEST of the best. Joey and the ChemTru team are top notch professionals. They are responsive, reliable and truly offer exceptional work. We’ve used ChemTru several times now for deep carpet cleaning, the removal of the most difficult pet stains and upholstery cleaning. Our carpet and couch were better than new after their work! As a realtor I have worked with many carpet cleaners and nobody compares to ChemTrue! I will continue to refer both clients and personal contacts to them.

Joey was on time and ready to get our carpet clean! We have dogs and lots of kids so our carpet was in desperate need of TLC. It was beautiful and clean again! Thank heavens! I would recommend him to anyone that asks!

I had read a few reviews before making the call. Joey answered and was polite and professional. He gave me a quote over the phone and warned there could be a week to week and a half before he could get to us. Called him back to schedule, told him time of day wasn't a concern. He told me he could be here in 2 days if I was good with noon. Two days later he calls me at 1045 and says hey I'm running ahead of schedule mind if I show up early? He did his job had to spend about double the time on one room and at the end he charged exactly what he quoted. Amazing customer interaction! Very professional awesome service!! Talked to the boss after the carpets dried and looks like we will be seeing Joey again in 6 months or so for a more regular carpet cleaning! 100% will be my suggestions for carpet cleaning in the reno area!

As you can imagine, having four teenagers and four dogs in my home my carpets were destroyed. After Joey came and cleaned them they looked brand new and smelled amazing!!! With other carpet cleaners there would be a musty stink afterwards, but whatever he uses on the carpet smells amazing, clean and fresh!!! Joey is very trustworthy with a high moral code, who I absolutely trust to be in my home.
