Us at Jessie's Salon used their service to get our tile floors stripped and waxed. They came 2 times for free to show us an area of what the finished product would look like and they were on time every time they came. They finished the floors and helped put our furniture back. I was very interested in this carpet cleaning company, but on the day of my scheduled appointment, they never showed. I called and texted and had no response. I live in Reno and asked for services in Fernley, so not only did they not show up, I drove all the way out there for no reason. I waited a while for someone to reach out to me and they never did.
