Kailey and Julian are so authentically polite and honest. I love their drive and confidence in their ability to get the job done. They arrived on time. Went straight to the task of cleaning out my gutters as a team. I just had had my windows cleaned so I did not need that done What i said to them is “I don’t need my windows washed but I sure need my gutters cleaned”. They did not hesitate to say they could do that too. And they did it the very next day. Great young people!

UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Kallen and Julian, Squatch’s owners, contacted me right after I posted my original review and we set up a time for them to come by the house and fix the issues. They asked to see the problem areas, no excuses were made, and they got to work making things right. They were friendly, professional, and we had a really nice conversation. I was impressed they didn’t badmouth the young guy who had done the original window cleaning. They did say they need to review processes with him so he can do the work better. They’ve got a great work ethic and they’re starting a business from the ground up. I’ll definitely hire these guys again.

Used this carpet care twice. Both times they were able to get us scheduled within a few days notice, they are very nice, professional, and do a great job.

I am so disappointed. I called and talked to Allison for a long time asked questions and had a plan. Texted her to set up the exact date and time. Texted and called the day before to confirm and she completely ghosted us. She never even showed up.

Everything we could hope for. Will definitely use again.
