Although I didn't get to experience their great work since I live outside of their service area they still took the time outside business hours to ease my panic of ruined carpet and even recommended another carpet company for me to contact. That is amazing customer service. I will recommend them to everyone I know that is in their area and if we ever move I will always use them. Now I'm hoping the company that is close to us is just as good and I can get this nail polish that my kids spilt out if my brand new carpet.

I found Garrett 5 1/2 years ago for my company. He did such a great job that I continually recommend him to anybody I know. He's done my ex girlfriend's house, my house, my friends and now friends friends. I think you're crazy not to use Garrett for your carpets and upholstery. When I get my house I hope he can fit me in to clean everything in there also.

Its always tough to know who the pros are in Reno/Sparks. Garrett and Details are the pros you are looking for. Every aspect was pretty much perfect - quality of work, timeliness, price, etc. I would absolutely hire Details again in the future. My couches and carpet are super clean now!

The consideration he shows for your home and his customers is evidenced by his attention to cleaning detail as well has his neat and clean personal appearance. Garrett is so good. Gets there on time, communicates when he’s on his way, he cleans my rugs and cars and carpets and upholstered chairs and my camper - all the things. The carpets look amazing too!

Amazing job! I brought in my couch and they did such a great job. I brought in two chairs and my rug. They've done the best job for the best price in town! Been to a lot of rug cleaners and nobody seems to clean things as well as Carpet Tender 🙂. Plus they are very friendly and down to earth. Love dealing with them!

A couple months ago I brought in six area rugs of various sizes and fibers. I was moving soon so once they were ready, they stayed rolled up for about a month. I can’t tell you how surprised I was by how fresh and clean they all are! One I thought about throwing away because I’d used it for pets and camping, but it looks better now than it did new. We just moved to the Reno area recently, and of course finding the best venders for household services is always a challenge. Our decorator suggested we use Carpet Tenders for our furniture and carpet cleaning. What a great recommendation, they were fantastic. They came initially and gave us an estimate and the day of service they went above and beyond to fulfill all of our needs and more. Ron was so professional and knowledgeable.
