The Carpet Tender always does a remarkable job. They’re very dependable. I can’t recommend them enough.

Very nice people that work there, from the front desk to the warehouse. Warehouse people very helpful, helped with getting my carpet out of the car and then back in when I picked it up. My rug is nice and clean and ready to go!

The Carpet tender cleaned 2 classroom area rugs. I dropped them off right at winter break and they were fabulous to get them cleaned and back to be for school starting up, which was a challenge I am sure because the way the holidays fell they had several days they were closed.

I'm always impressed by the crew at The Carpet Tender---not only do they clean, they can repair and reformat /lift and restretch or add new pads in the areas where there are changes. (We added tile between existing carpet, in one room, for example). We also had a new area rug shipped to them that needed resizing by trimming and finishing the edge before it would fit our room because the (another) store only sold certain sizes and we needed a smaller custom size. Whatever you need, they can do it.

From my first phone call Carpet Tender staff were very professional, friendly & helpful!!! They explained the process and the time that it would take & they did an excellent job of cleaning our Karastan area rug. We are very satisfied & can confidently recommend The Carpet Tender.

There isn’t much I can say to improve the service, the quality, and the overall professionalism of carpet Tender. To demonstrate this point, I live three hours away in Mammoth Lakes. Whether it’s a scattered rug or something personal like a Persian runner, it is worth having it dropped off and waiting a few weeks For it to be picked up. If you have any carpet needs whatsoever, this is the only place you need to look?

We had a rug for cleaning and ordered a new pad (for a new rug). This was 3 weeks before Christmas - apparently a busy season for Carpet Tender. I used them once before (ordered a pad for middle eastern rug) and it took one week so i had expected this time it wiukd be ready in o e week - at least the pad. We were surprised to hear it wiukd be 3 weeks - just past Christmas. So our home wouldnt look as lovely with bare rooms and just pads with no rugs when family comes to visit for Christmas. When my husband called one week after we dropped off the 5x7 rug for cleaning- he just wanted to ask if we could possibly have the new pad by Christmas Eve. Wow were we pleasantly surprised to be toms that the rug was finishing being dried and it and the pad we ordered for a new rug would be ready that day! I am not only impressed with this surprise but as a customer it made me feel like my needs really mattered. We don’t see our family much- they are out of state and driving long distances is hard for them, so having my house in order with clean rugs and new rug to display was important to me but I never detailed that out for Carpet Tender. They saw the surprise and disappointment on our faces when we were told it woykd be unlikely we’d get our items by Christmas and tgey bumped it up as a very gracious holiday gesture. The pads are always perfectly cut to size and the cleaning was thorough. Thanks Carpet Tender!

I am so pleased with the service I got with Carpet Tender . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, they were on time with pick up and delivery . The carpet they cleaned came out like brand new. They were able to get out old pet stains from previous owners pets . They also cleaned my area rugs and made recommendations on replacing some of the old pads . The rugs look like new ! This is a family owned business and they treat the customer with great care !

Having utilized the carpet stretching services of The Carpet Tender several years ago, I didn’t hesitate to call them again for stretching and cleaning. Ron, the tech, is so nice, experienced and detail oriented. He does a great job. The cost is reasonable, in my opinion, because the service is so worth it. I would rather pay a bit more and trust that I’ll be happy.

We recently had a MASSIVE area rug and stair runner order fabricated by Tara and her team for one of our Tahoe clients which frankly even intimidated us when we were bidding the project. Once the order was in, it took approximately 2 weeks from start to finish and the completed product(s) were lightyears beyond our expectations. Our clients were very happy as well.
