I’ve been using Carpet Tender for years. I had someone drop bleach on my carpet in several areas. They were able to dye the carpet back to its original color! Unbelievable company that always brings their A game every time!

First, The Carpet Tender is the only company I found in the Reno/Sparks area that has the knowledge and ability to alter a large area rug. Second, their alterations were high quality, quick, and reasonably priced. And third, they are a good group of people to work with, leaving you feeling good about your selection of carpet care companies.

We were very happy to have The Carpet Tender back again this year to clean our carpet. Our stairs were really soiled because of remaining adhesion after plastic protectors were removed following months of remodeling. Ron did an amazing job cleaning those steps. WOW!!

The Carpet Tender custom cut a rug pad for a handmade runner that I purchased in Morocco. The size is perfect; the material is good quality; and, it was finished in less than a week.

This is the second job that the Carpet Tender has completed for us. The first was cutting an angle on a large handmade rug and then rebinding the edges so that the rug would fit in a room in our house. It was beautifully done, and we were extremely pleased! This was done several years ago, and the binding is still like new.

The technicians were polite and very careful to put on shoe covers before entering my house. They worked efficiently and conscientiously and gave me tips for carpet care and stain removal on my own. I will 100% use them again.
