The person who answers the phone and came out to do the estimate were lovely and nice. They cleaning service was incredibly disappointing. When the estimator came out I showed her everything and asked if we needed to move products out of the shower and counter and she said no. The cleaning crew did not move the products off the shower shelves and didn’t not clean them leaving the shower dirty. They did not touch one of my two bedrooms, they did not make the only bed in my home, they did not clean the baseboards even though I asked for that specifically and the estimator made a note. There were many surfaces that don’t look like they got touched, they didn’t clean my laundry closet as the estimator said they would, you can tell they were in a hurry because they didn’t even wipe all the cleaning products off the faucet and they didn’t clean all the glass surfaces in my home. They did not charge me for the service after I called and told them the quality. They did offer to send the crew back out which I appreciate but considering it was my first service and not only did they not do half the things they were supposed and the stuff they did clean wasn’t well done i did not want to have them back out and I will not be using their service in the future.

Update:
The owner responded and sent a new crew to clean this week and they did a very good job.
I wish they had gotten it right the first time, but I appreciate that they wanted us to be satisfied with their work.
We will go forward with them and request the 2nd crew as our regulars.
I've given 4 stars for the upgraded effort.

Terrible cleaning service. I was at my mother's when she tried them for the first time.
They mopped all around the guest bed but neglected to clean under the bed. They mopped the laundry room and put down a run that they never vacuumed. They dusted some of the living room but forgot two tables. They didn't clean the kitchen appliances until reminded and then they were still not clean when they said they had done it. They did not dust any furniture in my mother's bedroom.
No attention to detail, not thorough, not good.
I do not recommend this company.

The ladies cleaned well. My issue is with their policies, policies that I was not informed of. The policy that they do not clean grout left me with a half cleaned bathroom. Tub surround tile grout and tile grout on my counters wasnt touched. The other issue was the lady that came initially to look my house over, list what I wanted done, and decide on the time it would take and cost rate grossly miscalculated. We were quoted it would be a 2 person job for 1 1/2 hours. The day of they sent 3 people and alloted 1 hour of work time. It took 3 people 2 hours to do all the work. The ladies were stressed, working as fast as they can, and as they were packing to leave I had to remind them that they didnt clean my mother in laws room. With sighs and frustration they cleaned her room quickly. I completely understand their frustration and called the office to report the experience.

Had a move out cleaning done. Told them they didn't need to do the floors or carpet but didn't say wipe all the trash onto the floor and leave. Cupboards were not completely clean. Oven was barely done, dust on top of fridge and in vent that was not hard to get to. Closet shelves don't appear to have been cleaned. Medicine cabinet still dirty. All staff was friendly and timely though. Also gave them $200 and was given back no change.

This family-owned small business does a great job. I've gone through several cleaning services & DnJ's far exceeds all of them. They are thorough plus they are good people!

They were great ro work with. Very reasonable pricing. Excellent cleaning! I will be using them again. They will also haul away any stuff you don't want or left by tenants.

They were very empathetic to our situation with a very stubborn sort of grumpy Uncle with two Rottweilers. They came for the bid and agreed to let the dogs in. The meeting went well. They were systematic and orderly in their cleaning process. I love that they make their own cleaners with essential oils. They left no trace after thay were done with an area.

Cannot recommend this service enough. They do a full clean of my place every two weeks and we are a family of 5 with school age kids. The are cheerful, consistent, and pay attention to small details like fingerprints on the walls. They were flexible around our vacation time, and fine working around our minor construction project. You always get the same people with the same smiles and cheer. Their cleaners work like a charm, and I love that they're kid safe.

Who needs new windows when Squatch squashes the dirt and grim! My windows are so incredibly clean that not only can I see outside again but I can take perfect pictures out my window!.

Absolutely fantastic service! Kallen and Julian did an amazing job cleaning our 40 windows—they genuinely look brand new.
