Highly recommend Victor! He was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job! Even though he came for duct cleaning, I was happy he offered other options for service such as the rug cleaning and carpet cleaning, which I completed as well.

I was beyond distraught after clipping a nail on my dog too short and blood got on my very light carpet. The stain was awful and thought my carpet was ruined. Stanley Steemer cam through AGAIN, saving my carpet. I can not thank Stanley Steemer, and this incredible tech, Ivan, enough. Ivan got the stain out, and cleaned my carpet so we'll. I can NOT thank this company, this great tech who did this job enough! Pictures are BEFORE - and AFTER.

I've used Stanley Steener for 25 years and have always been happy with their services.

Stanley steamer did a great job on my carpet and rug. I have an expensive wool rug 9x12 and I was worried about shrinkage and having it cleaned. They did a great job on it. It looks perfect!

Rick from Stanley Steamer did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! He worked hard on removing pet stains and the rugs look good!

Dylan was excellent. He was on time and was very professional and excellent with our big dogs. Our sectional is large and he was able to clean it in no time at all.

Jesse was fast, friendly and knowledgeable when cleaning our dog friendly (pee pals) home. We’ve shampooed spots ourselves but NOTHING is better than having a professional take out the yucks. Highly recommend their services.

Dylan and Gino were so professional and informative. They answered each and every question that I had for them and explained the air duct cleaning process in great detail. I highly recommend these two young men and Stanley Steemer for professional and complete duct cleaning.

Technician was pleasant and efficient. Carpets fluffed up nicely and were not overly wet, which I have experienced in the past.

One small detail was that I was given a 5 (!?) hour window which is more than most other service companies. I work for a living and would have appreciated a 3 hour window which is more standard. I knocked off a star for that.

A few days ago I posted a review about our disappointment in the cleaning of my carpet and hard wood floors. I was surprised when I received a call from a representative from the company. He was very concerned with my review and wanted to make it right,which he did. Ryan and his fellow helper just left our house after cleaning my carpet again, free of charged…thank you Stanley Steemer for doing a great job.

Mauricio was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He worked diligently to clean my sectional and carpet. When I had a smell re-appear the next day I called, and they sent Mauricio back out within the hour. The service was great and I’ll be using Mauricio again in the future.

Dylan and Ivan assisted with our duct cleaning. They were both professional, courteous, knowledgeable and hard-working. We are very satisfied with the work and will be a repeat customer in the future.

Dylan was a very personable young man and kept me informed all along the process. My only concern was in the finishing up, and I think this was due to his concern of getting to his next appt, but I was left with some heavy furniture to put back into place. I had to sweep up a considerable amount of debris, plus what was left on surfaces. This part of the service maybe isn’t considered part of the job🤔
