I received a text that they were running ahead of schedule, which was appreciated. Gino was polite and professional and got to work right away. I’m moving out and wanted to clean the carpets. Pricing was competitive and carpets look great.

TERRIBLE I would leave no stars if I could. I initially called on a Tuesday had them verify my address was told we were in the service area and arranged my appt for a Thursday at 10am. Thursday rolls around no one shows up at 10am my fiancé calls at noon they say they will look into it and give him a call. No call 2:30 rolls around and I call and tell them what’s going on, I’m then told we are still on the route for today and they will check if a member of their team is in route to us and give us a call back. Never heard back and I call at 5:40 they have me confirm my information and then instantly say sorry we can’t help you your out of our service area. When I let him know my address was verified that it was in the service area and both times I called today I was never once told that just that they would give me a call with an eta he proceeds to say “so sorry we can’t help you” Terrible communication and unfortunately I wasted my time with this company. Very unprofessional.

i had the runner on my foyer staircase cleaned by a local carpet cleaning company in reno since it really needed some deep cleaning, especially because it's a light color. derek picked up the phone right away and gave me a quote super fast. he kept in touch with me by text the morning of my appointment and showed up on time. i was really pleased with how the carpet looked after the cleaning. the next morning, when the sunlight hit the stairs, i noticed a slight yellow spot on part of the carpet, so i sent derek a quick text. he replied right away and said he'd come back in about an hour to fix it. he returned and cleaned the area again, and now the runner looks fantastic! derek also cleaned the ceramic tile in my laundry room before, and i was very happy with how that turned out too. if you need carpet or tile cleaning in reno, i definitely recommend giving them a try.

roger from izzy carpet & upholstery cleaning did an excellent job on my carpets and also took care of cleaning and sealing the tile grout. the floors look fantastic and the whole house feels much fresher. paying was easy, and i liked that roger let me enter my card info myself for extra peace of mind. he explained that all the payment info is cleared right away and never saved, so i felt comfortable with the process. would definitely use this carpet cleaning service again!

We heard about this carpet cleaning company through a neighbor who spoke very highly of their service, and now we can see why! We were thinking about replacing our old carpet, but after Frederick showed us a cleaning demonstration, we realized that a good deep clean was just what we needed.
