We had a neighborhood scheduled cleaning with this company (houses are part of HOA)
There was a slight scheduling mixup and they swapped units/scheduled day.
*HOWEVER MASSIVE KUDOS*
I contacted the company thru their website, Marina responded within maybe 30minutes very apologetic, and stated they would get in touch with the technicians, etc.
Not even 30 minutes after that the technicians came to my door apologizing for the mix up, explained what happened, what they're doing today to make up for the mix up, etc.
Extremely prompt. Extremely professional.
I can understand where some scheduling mishaps could happen with a lot of multiple units for the week, but they were very professional with how it was handled.

10 out of 10 would recommend for professionalism and quality of business.

From the first phone call to completion, Matt and his team were respectful, professional, and courteous. They performed everything they said they would do, and did it perfectly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Matt and his partner came to our home to pressure wash the driveway, patios and the garage doors. Everything looks like new!! He came back to do all the windows, inside and out and not a single water spot or streak!! Truly amazing work! We will definitely have them back.

I would highly recommend M2 for all Power washing and window cleaning ! I just recently finished major construction of my home. They were able to clean all my new windows and glass doors, remove the stickers, labels , remove paint, in addition they cleaned all my Solar Panels!! They took their time . Incredibly meticulous. I will have them come back again after the winter to clean outside of my entire home.

Not only did they give us the best quote, they were prompt, thorough & professional! They power washed our driveway and made it look like new, cleaned all our windows and made them sparkle and cleaned are very high ceiling fans. Friendly and fast - will definitely use their services again!
