Definitely the best pest control business in Reno/Sparks, Carson city area by far! The most knowledgeable staff and super friendly professional service for sure. I would never ever even think of using another company period.

Bobby was so helpful and knowledgeable about not just pests but even little tips and tricks on home improvement. Extremely patient in answering my millions of questions I had as well. So glad CAD Pest Control is there to help me.

I've had an issue with elm seed bugs and black widows. I called CAD and they were out within days, and after about a week, no bugs at all! Their technician was friendly and very knowledgable and their office staff is efficient and super accommodating!

Wonderful experience. They arrived on time and were complete quickly. The cost was very reasonable. We used spraying service for the house and yard to remove box elder bugs and spiders.

Love this company! I have been going to them for years, for all my pest control needs! The staff is very friendly, and so are the prices! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I have a huge fear of ants and spiders, but since CAD has came to my home, i havent screamed once over those creepy crawlers! If you want it done right, CAD is where its at!

The ladies in the office and Mike are super friendly and helpful. Had Mike come in and spray for ants inside my home. When a new ant problem happened, I called and he was back to do it all over again.
Update: the ants will not stop coming in. I'm very upset that I spent so much for them to keep coming back. I'm pretty sure someone is wrong and the ants are under my house.
But Charlie is awesome and super helpful.

We have been customers for a few years now. I love that CAD will come out without making me pay for a subscription. I am very happy with the spray repellant service and gopher removal service we have received. The technician is always on time.

These are the absolute nicest people and really care about their customers. They do a great job, are very considerate, have great prices and don’t try to charge you for things you don’t need. Wouldn’t even consider calling another company.

We have been using CAD Pest Control services for a few years. They come out every April and July to spray for ants. They are always on time, quick, responsive, professional, and provide a great service. This year we had an especially difficult type of ant problem and they came out several times until the problem was solved.

We would never use another pest control company. CAD is the best! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and effective pest service.

Very friendly, but I think their prices are extremly high for the work they perform based on rodent issues. I was quoted $200-300 by Amber to have someone simply set bait traps. YIKES!

Edit: After their response, I see how their lack of training might influence customers to look elsewhere. Not once did Amber imply that that price range was thier inital fee or that they had other visits. I spoke to other companies, and they also seal openings from the outside to inside for that price range.

Jason Peters is so friendly and helpful. He's nice to our dogs. He gave us lots of great suggestions about deterring the mice and ants also. Great guy. Great service!

Our family has been using CAD for our home for years. We absolutely value the professionalism, the quick response, and the knowledge of all the creepy crawlies. Charlie has been our technician these past few years, and he is amazing. He takes the time to explain our "pests" and is very knowledgeable in the needed treatment, the breeding times of insects/spiders and is just all around fabulous. Our home has been treated for ants, spiders and pests that get into our fruit trees and we have had no complaints. I always appreciate a company that is friendly, prompt and very experienced. CAD, and their whole team, has been amazing. Definitely recommend, and we would not go anywhere else.

I have these ugly crawlers ,, elm bugs .. very bad this year so I told my landlord to get the pest control… I’m very pleased w their work .. I know that it takes a few days or weeks until all these pests will be outnumbered,,, although I saw a significant decrease, it still persists. So I decided to reach out again,, they are just so professional and scheduled me right away! Very highly recommended!
