Evergreen Carpet Care really goes the distance to make their customers happy! We have been buying packages of 4 cleanings for several years now. We typically buy a new package once a year. Chris and Dante are absolutely amazing! All of the staff are amazing. We have never one time had a bad service call .Thank you so much for always being thorough, doing a fantastic job and having quality and customer service a top priority. Thank you again!

Absolutely the WORST experience ever. I confirmed the price twice the week before, as the house was empty. They sent their "super star" Spencer to my house. The first thing he did was raise the price. Once we objected, he became rude, obnoxious, and unbelievably belligerent to my wife. The absolute worst company rep ever. We had them do it as showings were the next day. NEVER EVER again. We own rentals and have never ever had such a bad experience. Do NOT use this company – there are better options.

Evergreen Carpet Care is the BEST. I will never use anyone else. They truly are experts and the treatments they use WORK! Shane came to give us an estimate, we booked a few days later, and he was on time and worked efficiently. I love how my carpets look and we have pets, who went through the puppy “accidents” phase. The bonus is…everyone I spoke with is super nice. 😊

Chris arrived on time and was very efficient. He gave us a very good price and quickly rolled up our area rugs and loaded them on his van. He worked with us and coordinated with our schedule make it convenient for us. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Chris was a very polite man and did a good job! I pointed out areas that needed a bit more attention and he gladly went back over them. He did a great job! My couch looks nearly new now! It is a very light, soft, grey color and it looks much cleaner now! The cost of cleaning my 5 seat sectional was well over $300....ouch. But I bought the couch used and it had to be cleaned. We live in Carson City, NV and the Evergreen that serves this are here came through for us! Thanks Chris!

Dropped off my carpet for cleaning. Went to go at the appointed time to pick up the carpet. And they couldn’t find it. t took about six weeks and they finally found it. And they wrapped their saran wrap strips around it and said they cleaned it. But they waived any fees because it was lost for so long. But I suspected they didn’t clean it. It sure didn’t look any different and sure enough I rolled the carpet out. They didn’t even clean it. They kidnapped my carpet for six weeks. Will never do business with them again!

Called and they were able to come out the next day. Cleaned 2 large rooms and a hallway with pet treatment for under $300 and did it quickly. The carpet looks great and they were able to get up stains we thought were permanent.

Dante was honest and very thorough. I have pets and bought the neutralizer and disinfectant with the cleaning.I have used their services for several years now and they never disappoint. They are good people.

Evergreen was recommended by several neighbors who used them before. We needed a carpet cleaner to help us with the floors in mom’s house as we helped her turn it over for renting. They were able to fit us in last minute the next day! Amazing job well done. The carpets are old and they were still able to lift the stain from shoes. The Evergreen Carpet care team are incredibly responsive. As with so many, my carpets took on heavy traffic during the holidays. The tech Justin was amazing in pre-treating and ensuring that we hit those areas with extra care. It is the best carpet cleaning I’ve had in the past two years and I’m so glad that I found Evergreen. Highly recommend them and will always have them on my speed dial from my carpet needs.

Had two commercial areas steam cleaned. They worked around our busy schedule with extreme client traffic. Great pricing. Work and results are excellent. Spencer is so friendly, knowledgeable and even scheduled both of the cleanings to be done at specific times. Thank you for making our business clean & fresh. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. I will never use their service again. Paid over $200 just to have two rooms done. paid extra to have a room specially deep cleaned. Had to have them come back to redo one of my rooms that wasn’t done right. The room still has a weird smell four months later. Even though the guy who came back the second time to do it told me that the smell would leave after a week. It just needed to air out. Took it upon myself to clean the carpet the water was coming out dirty in a room that’s never used. Finding this odd seeing how it was professionally cleaned.

Very happy with the service of this company. They can be slightly short with you on the phone but their customer service is really awesome and they give great results. They also respond quickly and are reliable. The carpets looked amazing after they were finished. Great prices too! Thank you!

I’d highly recommend Evergreen to anyone and everyone, especially their technician Demyan. He was kind, polite, communicated transparently, and did a phenomenal job. My place was littered with old pet stains (vomit, diarrhea, and cat urine) as well as built up dirt everywhere. You could lift up a rug and see the difference in coloration between the untouched carpet and the carpet everywhere else in the house. Demyan tackled this 1000+ sq ft townhome all by himself and left it looking as clean as the untouched carpet did underneath my rug. He also followed through with extra requests like carrying heavy items for me (like a mattress) downstairs and pulling out a rug from underneath my large sectional, as well as neatly rolling it up for me to find upon my return home. I’m really pleased with his work and would for sure call him again in the future.
