Bill and Devin show up at my house un announced about an hour before we scheduled them, now we could have booked that window but it didn’t work for us. There lame excuse was well we called and you didn’t answer so we decided to come any way after allowing these two men in my house I let them know they mess my day up as we work nights at this point the soft one bout cries and says he can’t work in a hostile place ? What was hostile ? I have video footage of them in my home crying than more footage of the one with the dirty braids think he’s tough in my driveway get this man a re twist please! I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT USING THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO WORK ON THERE TIME AND BE SPOKEN TO CRAZY IN YOUR OWN HOME

I have had them come to our home multiple times with a very old, stained carpet and they’ve done the best work I’ve seen! Employees are always kind and they check in before and after the service to make sure! I’ve been offered touch ups and someone to comeback out if we’re not satisfied! Wonderful service! There is a reason they’re highly rated.

Shane did an excellent job cleaning the carpets throughout my home. They look beautiful and I am extremely pleased. Shane has cleaned my carpets previously and he did a wonderful job then as well. I am a forever Evergreen customer.

Jordan always does a great job and has a fantastic attitude. That’s one of the reasons I have stuck with Evergreen Carpet Care. I am not pressured to buy add-ons that my carpets don’t need. They don’t rush through as fast as possible like other carpet cleaning companies have done. They make sure I’m happy with their work before they leave. Just a great friendly company all around.

First of all they provided same service. I would ask for Jordan he was very professional and a pleasure to have around. I got my mattress cleaned and he made it a pleasant experience, He is a very nice guy.

I can’t send any money to see if they could possibly clean a couch that I purchased on Facebook marketplace. I couldn’t believe that the guy thought possibly they could be there by afternoon and they were actually there even sooner. Dante did an amazing job. it smells. It looks like brand new. 100% worth every penny. I have always had a carpet shampooer and have done the cleaning ourselves. This was my first experience getting the carpets professionally cleaned and it was so quick and painless. Our technician did three rooms, a loft, a hallway, and our stairs in about 75 minutes with set up and tear down! He was also completely spot on in the 8-hour dry time. This was the refresh our house needed before winter sets in.

I also had our area rug looked at for a quote and found the price to be reasonable! I was ecstatic to find out that they pick up and drop off the rug as well! I’m relieved to know it’s being taken care of and will just show up clean!

Two rooms cleaned the price was 125. We needed two stretches done in front of hallways. I was quoted $200. Evergreen arrives and the price is now $758. Needless to say, they lost our business and I will tell all my friends how horrible this company is about raising their prices 2 stretches in front of hallways and two rooms cleaned does not Warrant this outrageous price?

Evergreen was great! I called to schedule a time for them to clean our sectional. They were able to schedule an appointment right away. The service provider was professional and did a great job cleaning our sectional -- it was a huge improvement. He also cleaned two other furniture items in our home without us arranging in advance to clean them. I would recommend Evergreen to others in need of this service.

I own Dream Big Daycare and Learning Center in Sun Valley NV, Scott is our regular carpet and tile cleaner and we wouldn't recommend anyone else for our center! All his products are safe for our kiddos and he keeps our building looking super clean every time he comes!
