James and his team did a phenomenal job with our 3 area rugs! One newer and two older rugs, which all came back brand spankin new!!!
I can wait until my kids destroy my new house so Chem-Dry can return it to it’s original state.

Great experience! I got a new puppy a month ago and had 30 pee spots. Bryan, the technician did a great job and our carpets look and smell amazing.

James and his team are pro's. I manage rentals for clients in Reno and one of my clients stated she was removing the carpet due to the tenant not taking care of it, I had Chemdry go out. Client was surprised at how well the carpets now look, she thought they were brand new. Made me look like a star. This is the kind of cleaning they provide. In addition to that they schedule with you and on the day of the tech text's me updates. How awesome is that.
They get the hard stains out and make it look great, they schedule and keep you updated.

Chem-Dry did such a great job on our carpets! I think they look as good or better than when we moved in our new house. Very knowledgeable and gave us tips on keeping our carpets clean.

It was easy to set up an appointment for carpets to be cleaned. Technician (Brian) called as promised to say he was on his way and spent a long time and was diligent in getting everything looking spotlessly clean. Great experience with Reno Chem-Dry!!

They didn't push extra products or services on me which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them!

Did not want I wanted. None of the stains were done. Terrible results. I cannot recommend you going forward. This is a horrible experience.

Hunter and team did a great job. We had the carpet cleaned previously by a standard truck mounted cleaning company, but their pet treatment did not do the job. This time we used Chem dry and the pet treatment and it made the carpets presentable for company. It was expensive by comparison, but I was able to have an odor free home without the pets returning to the same old spot because they could still smell the urine in the under pad. They gave me the estimate before they started …. And for me the results were worth the big price difference.

Chem-Dry of Reno did a TERRIFIC job on my carpets!! Can’t believe the difference - especially in the areas where they were the most soiled! MUCH MUCH better than any other carpet cleaners I have used in Reno. Their process is far superior to any other carpet cleaning companies and does not leave you with a long wait time for super wet carpets to dry out. Our carpets were dry in about an hour and were so bright and clean!! The technicians were very professional and thorough. I also had them clean my reclining sofa - WOW what a difference - they made it like new. I think they are an exceptional company and I am so happy with the quality of their work that I’m recommending Chem-Dry of Reno to all my friends and neighbors!!

Orlando was prompt, professional, and had great customer service skills. He assessed all the rooms and then quoted an amount prior to starting, so there were no surprises. The cleaning took about an hour and dried in about 2 hours. I would recommend Chem-Dry 100% and would definitely use them again. Thank you! :)

Brian and Ivy were great! They showed up early and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. While they were here I received a quote for tile and grout cleaning and was able to set another appointment for next week. Fantastic carpet cleaning service. Super professional, on time, and the dry time was incredibly fast, way faster than I expected. With 2 dogs this was a huge benefit. Eliminated the dog Oder. No wet, soggy carpet, and no pet smell, just clean and fresh. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you.
