I recently called for carpet cleaning early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the person who answered the phone was. He quickly found a spot for me on the schedule that very same day, which I really appreciated. Mason was the technician who came out, and he did an outstanding job on my carpets. I had a stubborn stain that I didn't think would ever come out, but Mason managed to remove it completely. He was very professional, polite, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. My carpets look and smell fresh and almost new again. The price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use this carpet cleaning service again, and I plan to ask for Mason next time. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this carpet cleaning service! I had the pleasure of meeting the team, and I was really impressed by their professionalism and friendly attitude. Chase and Mason arrived on time, explained how long the carpet cleaning would take, and worked quickly and efficiently. They made the whole experience easy and comfortable, and I enjoyed having them in my home. When they finished, my carpets looked incredible—way better than I expected. I honestly thought I might have to replace the carpet before they came, but now it looks almost new. If you’re looking for a reliable carpet cleaning company, this is the one to go with. Plus, knowing they are veteran owned gives me even more confidence in their work!

The person who owns this business is incredibly unprofessional and sleazy. He likes to flip people off in his work truck and doesn’t run a professional business. He is old and slow, he doesn’t have a good sense of urgency and is incredibly rude. DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS I AM WARNING YOU! Let’s support professional businesses and people who are kind to others!

I have had Stacey and Jamie clean my luminette blinds two different times. These blinds are delicate and were dirty, yet they do a thorough and beautiful job. In addition, they are wonderful people. I highly recommend them.

Jaimie and Stacey did a great job on my blinds. They were quick and efficient. The price was very reasonable and they threw in some minor repairs. I highly recommend them.

I contacted this business and received a call back very quickly, they were able to schedule me on the day I needed and I did not give them much notice. They were running ahead of schedule and called to make sure that coming early was ok. I had all of my blinds cleaned in my home and a few of them repaired as my animals had broken some of the slats. What an amazing difference at how the blinds look now!!! I am so happy I called and they were able to come out and clean our blinds!!! I would highly recommend The Blind Man services and we will use them again in the future! The price is right and the customer service was awesome!! Thank you so much!!!

I love this company...was referred by Pam Pike. The cleaners were professional and removed all of the tough spots. Best of all the spots never reappeared which can happen. Would highly recommend this company to clean your business carpets....

Saw an amazing special on a bulletin board, called and asked if the special was still going on. I told him it's a two story house, but we only rent out the downstairs and it's a separate entity, closed off like a duplex. The guy *corrected me* and said ma'am duplexes are usually side by side, we have to do the whole place. I reworded it to him to explain it's a single level area, he then told me to "just have my husband call him". Sexist, rude, and if his carpet cleaning is anything like his customer service I would NOT recommend. I won't even consider his special even though we're on a budget.
P.S. he answers the phone by saying "we've never had any complaints from the BBB!"? Well that's nice. 👎

I used ET carpet cleaning service to clean the entire house's carpet. I was renting the home and needed it to be professionally cleaned. They were 15 minutes early, and I paid the price that I was quoted. Both Eddie and his helper were very kind and professional. Eddie has had the business for over 30 years, and you can tell that he knows exactly what he is doing. I will be using him again in the home that I bought. He went over the carpet with a cleaner that hits the high traffic areas first. That really helps to make the entire carpet look a lot cleaner. He was the cheapest quote that I received. I am very happy with the result.

Yes I put five stars the job is done perfectly no hassle no fuss in and out in no time didn't leave a mess behind cleaning out my dryer vent I would gladly recommend again
