We have used Shannon’s Cleaning twice now and plan to continue. I love the format of the home owner prioritizes what is needed to be cleaned based on the amount of time you purchase. Having had many cleaning people in our house, I’ve never seen it offered that way and I feel often this leads fo frustration on both sides. This time we wanted to try something different. And while at first it was different model, now we know what we can expect based on the time. Her staff is courteous and friendly - this is a professional company, and we love that it is local and not a chain. They do a good job and their credentials and background checks on their staff and professional coverage for their business- made us feel good about letting someone new into our home. We had not had our house deeply cleaned in a significant amount of time during the pandemic. They did a fabulous job and we worked with the owner and her team to determine what our needs are going forward. Highly recommend!
